eHarmony review: Cancellation of the balance of a year long contract.

IMO, This site is a total scam. After receiving almost no traffic for a year, and no one remotely a match... I let my subscription expire. Once it expired, I was bombarded with supposedly amazing matches, which were all blurred out, and only visible if I renewed my membership. I was dumb enough to do so, and as soon as I renewed, the volume dropped again to near nothing.

This site is a scam. The "matches" have nothing to do with what you are looking for, and as soon as your membership expires, the computer programs send you a huge number of people supposedly interested in you, to entice you into renewing again. DON'T FALL FOR IT. A friend said she had the EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE. I contacted their support, asking them for a cancellation of the balance due on an annual subscription.

They, of course, offer everything except to cancel your membership. The fact that they won't cancel their service for an unhappy/unsatisfied customer is proof of what a scam this platform is... they can only make money by baiting people into long-term service agreements and holding them hostage.

Terrible.
