The guy who came to my house was super thorough and explained everything he was doing. He really knew his stuff. I'm really happy with the AC unit that Elite put in like a year ago. I like that they come back to do check-ups after they first installed it.

Julian did his work right away. He cleaned the furnace and air conditioner and sold us an air purifier and installed it. My only complaint is that he took the box away and it had the warranty card in it that we need to fill out and send in. Julian - 5 stars.

The Elite techs were on time and did a good job of checking the whole system. He had a second tech in training with him and both were polite, professional, and engaged. My new HVAC system works perfect and I'm glad I used Elite as a provider.

My tech guy said I gotta replace my Heating and Air thingies. I asked him to write it down for me, but I still ain't got no receipt or info on the replacement. It's only been like 2 days, so I'm hoping it's coming soon.

Todd arived at the schedul time. Very polite and very professional. Fully explained the condition of our AC unit. I am so happy for the service and care that Elite has for our heating and air conditioning systems. Todd quickly answered all of my questions as well as responding to my texts.

Elite has a good response time and great customer service. Aaron seemed to be very thorough and explained the issues with my furnace and helped determine the proper replacement. No pressure. The installers came in a reasonable amount of time, the same day, and had the old unit replaced in about 2 hours.

Do not use this company! What a scam, they told us we needed a new air conditioner and the compressor was severely burnt and wired wrong, and they could help us out with a new unit for the low cost of $8,995.00. Sooooooo, I had another great company come out and guess what? Yep, just a blown capacitor and wiring? Yep again, it was fine. We had the repair for under $300.00 and cold air in less than 30 minutes. I have repeatedly called this company and of course, they don't call back, so beware people!

I bought a heat pump system with gas furnace from Elite Heating, A/C Refrigeration and I haven't been able to get the documents for the rebate from the REMC. The REMC told me that the AHRI certificate for the rebate is supposed to be obtained from the installer. When I called Elite Heating, they told me to download it from the Carrier website. But I couldn't find it there. I don't have much money and I really need the rebate to help with my electric bill. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone who wants to install a heat pump.

I got this annual service warranty for my heat pump system like 3 or 4 weeks ago. I got a new system from another company and they threw in a service warranty too. So, I called Elite today and told them what's up and asked for my money back since I haven't even used their service. They straight up told me it's non refundable, even though I haven't used it yet. I never saw anything about that in the contract and I think that's some real crappy customer service. Ever since Elite took over Middletown heat and air, I've had a few issues that they did fix, but now I gotta end things with them on a sour note.

Elite has been our HVAC provider since 2011 when they installed our new Furnace and AC. Aaron *** is always available and approachable if I have a question or need regarding our system. Todd is probably the BEST service technician that has ever come to our house. Elite has been performing "clean & checks" biannually for almost ten years. This time, during the summer check, I followed Todd while he performed his service work. I had many questions about "why this" or "what's that". Todd took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. I am REALLY glad that Elite believes in service after the sale the way they do.

Stacy was real nice, polite, checked everything out - no issues. Had a service trainer with him, also polite, friendly, professional. I rated 4 stars b/c I was surprised they didn't wear masks since we still in the middle of Covid-19 and they seemed clueless about social distancing until I brought it up. I asked about masks, he said "we only wear if customer requests". Not cool. Should be opposite - should wear no matter what unless customer insists they don't. Also, would like to see service techs wear shoe booties in my house. I been using Elite for years, no plans to change. Hope this review will make them change their ways. (I asked for Todd, but it's alright..)

I got my new heating and air conditioning units installed on 11/7. They were supposed to come with an Alexa device & Ring doorbell, but I still haven't received them. I've been calling every couple of months to check on the status. Aaron told me that they would buy the items themselves if they had to, because the unit manufacturer was supposed to provide them. We made the contract with Elite, not the manufacturer.

During the summer, the AC stopped working. Elite came and "fixed" it, but it broke down again the next day. They came back and applied the proper fix a day later. Just a little over a week ago, they came for fall maintenance. The technician didn't wear a mask or cover his shoes, and he tracked grass through the house. As I was vacuuming, he asked why I was doing it, saying the house was spotless. Well, it was until he came in.

He finished his job and then told me that we needed either a $950 or $650 ionizer unit because mold was starting to form in the air handler. He claimed he smelled it right away when he opened the unit. He said he cleaned it all up, but why didn't he show me before cleaning it?!? Something definitely smells fishy here!

Todd the technician came in took a look at our problem. New system put in next day. Great job and quality service. Thanks, Donna

I bought an HVAC unit in April. The system ain't never worked right, my house ain't never cool. They been here many times to fix it but ain't never fixed it. I had a argument with the receptionist and now they won't honor my warranty no more. I went to two other dealers but they won't service the unit neither 'cause it's the wrong one for my house. It shouldn't have been installed here.

I was promissed by Elite's sales person (***) that I will recieve a $1,500 rebate. The rebate I recieved was $750.00 only. Obviously the sales person made a mistake or was misleading. The contract that I have does not state financing terms or rebate terms since these items are not directly handled by Elite. I have a brochure that *** left with me where the details are written with a permanent marker. *** does not remember the details of our conversation and said the $1,500 rebate would apply to the more expensive system, not the system I purchased. We never discussed a more expensive system and I do remember to ask him to write the details of our agreement on the brochure, which he did. It's possible that he mad a mistake but I still feel that I was mislead with the $1,500 rebate amount.
