I purchased an Apple phone 11 from E Max Yas Mall on the 10th January 2020. Being an apple user my whole life, I never thought I would face any issues with an apple device as I always had a great experience having a history of purchasing from the Apple Istore. My previous device got stolen while I was traveling then I purchased from E Max as they persuaded me with a promotion including a speaker & a Wireless Charger. Firstly, both the wireless charger and speaker are very cheap china goods, even worse than what you woud find in Diso, infact the speaker broke & stopped working suddenly on the very same day. However, I didn't pick up any issues with the phone as I was more concerned using it for work, catching up to date with messages & emails during the week. The following weekend approached when I had some time to watch Youtube tutorials & reviews about the phone when I noticed the camera video quality wasn't the same. After the weekend, I took it to the Apple store on Sunday, 19th January 2020 to have it checked out thinking maybe I had it on the wrong settings or something. The Apple store did a full check & found that the video quality infact didn't match the other devices. Which means that E Max is selling faulty or factory manufactured devices that does not match the Apple standards. The Apple store wrote a report for me confirming this issue in order for me to claim a refund or exchange. E Max declined this request as it just reached outside of the 7 Day Policy. They took the phone in for a request that I would need to wait 3-4days to hear the outcome whether I would receive a new device or they would replace the Camera. Firstly, E Max is selling faulty products robbing a paying customer then secondly inconveniencing a customer by forcing them to wait days without a device or communication when I am a business owner & run most of it from my phone connecting with my clients. Also, no compensation or proper sympathy or courtesy in handling the customer whom they sold a faulty Apple Phone to & then not being able to issue a refund or replacement on a brand new phone. The only solution they offered was the send the phone away to repair at the Apple store which meant that they were going to open up and work on my brand new bought phone, which is extremely corrupt & unjust as it is EMax fault for selling faulty manufactured Apple Iphone.
