I purchased tv from EMAX Sharjah branch Now its almost 18 months. Evening wen i ON the TV was not able to see the picture. I called company technician n he said panel need to be change and the cost is 10k indian rupee. i purchased a videocon led from emax gitex on 1 april 2016 and my invoice no. is [protected] and is not delivered to my home place till date more than 1 month.every time i talk to emax customer representative they give me a new date of delivery, they dont even talk properly, they say if you want to cancle your product cancle it we can't do anything about delivery its not our job and they cut the phone . i didnt getting any idea what to do know? how i will get my led.
thats why i am complaining to this respected board.please kindly proceed my complain and make my led available to me as soon as possible.

Yesterday, 26 Dec 15 I went to EMAX store at Muscat city center Al Seeb in Muscat - Oman and there was a promotion of 15% for Bank Muscat Cr card holders where I planned to purchase the following items; - 2 iPhones 6s plus 64 GB cost OMR 634.10 - 1 iPhone 6s plus 16 GB costs OMR 280.50 - 1 Dell laptop, plus extended warranty costs OMR 261.40 - Other appliances cost OMR 32.35 Accordingly a total purchases for OMR 1, 208.35 (USD 3, 318) which is not small payment for a 1 day purchases! So I went to the store manager (Hitesh Kurana) asking him if there is a possibility of further discount or gifts...etc given the significant amount of money I am paying, but the way he talked to me was very rude and totally unprofessional, he firmly and with a very bad attitude said "NO, we aren't giving you any further benefits" and he turned his back at me and went on his way! As a customer who knows exactly his rights I refuse such unprofessional attitude as I felt really offended, such persons shouldn't be kept in such positions as this ruins the store reputation! I was seriously thinking of canceling the whole operation and not buying anything from your store except that the other less senior people came and apologised to me and convinced me to complete the process.. ipad mini-sale of product with expired warranty.
We are having a very harrowing experience with the Muscat outlet at EMAX-Azaiba. This is the sequence of events. 7/12/15- purchased an ipad mini. We had asked for ipad mini3 and were told it was not in stock. The staff who was handling us came back again and said that it was available. We insisted on knowing the date of manufacture to which her reply was only about the place of manufacturing. Once we returned home and tried to set up the ipad, we received continous error messages stating "this ipad does not support ipad or icloud". Also when i tried to name the device, it already had a default id by the name"TOSHIBA". realising there were multiple issues, we tried a software update to the latest IOS version which also did not help. 8/12/15- took it back to the Emax showroom and the staff there redirected us to visit the Apple authorised dealer at city center, muscat by name MI Store. Also to be noted here is that only now did she tell us that the product was actually ipad mini2 and not 3.Completely dissapointed we asked where the specs were mentioned on the case of the product, to which her reply was that she had mentioned it was just an ipad mini and not ipadmini3.no where else was this mentioned. so we then took it to MI store, The service provider tried to update the software again and itunes seemed to work. 9/12/15- Once again icloud and itunes stoppped being accessible and error messaged were continously popping up. we decided to get the product replaced or exchanged. When we spoke to the manager at emax he told us it was not possible to replace the product without a replacement report from Mi store, which would take 15 working days to process, or if we were to go to the store on our own, he could replace it in a day if the replacement was required. 10/12/15- took the product to the MI store, the service provider punched in IMEI number which stated" THAT THE PRODUCT WAS ALREADY PAST ITS WARRANTY PERIOD". How is this possible with a product that was purchased just 2 days ago with an extended 2 year warranty? we contacted the store manager and the customer services manager at emax azaiba and received very laid back support. Also the customer service manager seemed to get frustrated when we showed dissapointment on the way the issue was being handled.

Aulty tablet returned on the third day of purchase…. 45 days and not even an update! I bought a prestigio tablet from emax abu dhabi at hamdan street, on 17th october. It was meant as a gift to my cousin who was looking for a job. It turned out that the tab was not working properly when he started using it. While browsing or using office applications, it was constantly getting switched off/ restarted, rendering the device useless. I took back the device to the same emax outlet on 21st october expecting it to be replaced immediately considering the 7 days replacement policy. The lady at customer relations desk informed that it is not the case. I have to come back after 3 days and by then there will be a report from prestigio service center. The issue can be addressed only then. I went back to the counter after 5 days. To my sheer dismay, the lady not even had an update for me. I refused to budge. Then a man named mr. Kishore addressed me as the manager of the outlet. He talked tough lecturing me on the 14 days service policy; then kind of reassured that it could be ready in another week. He gave his mobile number, [protected], to pacify me with assurance that he’ll address it personally. After a week, I dutifully called him on his mobile a few time. Calls were not responded to. Today it’s 4th december. 45 days! I am still to receive a call or any sort of intimation on the status of the tablet. I was a regular emax customer! I feel i’m taken for a ride …

I bought a Dell laptop from Emax, Mall of the emirates, Dubai a year and a half back.The first part is, ever since I bought it, it wasn't working properly.And I was unaware of the warranty period.But my problem is regarding the serviceof Emax.They agreed to check my laptop and ensure me to give a call in 3 or 4 days back and then give me an estimate of the cost of repair and problem of the PC. But 15 days passed and there was NOOO RESPONSE.I tried calling emax MOE every single day but no one picked up the phone.One day someone actually responded the call, I asked for Mr.GameShark, who attended me that day and he said Ganesh was not there at that moment, but he will ask him to return the call same day after 2 pm.I waited for 2 more days and there was no response again.I went in person to the store to take back my laptop, but neither Ganesh was there nor did I get my PC back.They said this guy Ganesh will call me back after 2pm that day again, but no one called me nor even update me about my laptop.I'm really upset.Im not going to purchase anything from emax again and I won't recommend anyone to do so.The best thing I can do to my friends and family is to let them know how Irresponsible emax is and not to get trapped in their hands .I purchased it from a high class mall cause I thought atleast then they would respect our value of time and money.this is soo Irresponsible. NOOO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE AND I CAN'T EVEN GET MY STUFF BACK.

I purchased a tv - lg 43uf640t, during gitex on 10th october, 2015 . invoice no. sddinv-[protected] the salesperson promised that the tv will be delivered by 18th october in 7 days . now 11 days have passed, but still no response from emax's end . when we called customer care no. 800 3629, they said it will be delivered by 21st, now 21st also has passed and now cc is saying before 31st . if i had known, i would not have purchased and electronics from emax . now i ll have no other option than to go to consumer court in dubai . my contact id is shalabh dhaddha : [protected]@gmail.com

I purchased a videocon TV on 01/10/15 and when the time of purchase they informed me within 15 days it will be delivered in my India home address. After 15 days, 17th, 18th and 19th I contacted their customer support regarding the delivery, they informed they have send follow up email on these three days, no reply. I tried to contact any senior person in Emax and request any person's number to customer support, they not provide. on 19th evening i went to Emax and meet their manager, he informed me wait two days, i informed him cant wait two more days, then yesterday5.32 pm i got a call from Emax saying that tv will be delivered today, as of now no call from supplier and not yet delivered. I regret to inform that "This is worst deal I have ever done in my life" I am attaching my bill copy.

Hi there, I purchased a LG 43UF64T 4K TV on 9th Oct 2015 for AED 1799 using my credit card at your Dubai Mall store. After installing the same its not working. It sometimes switches ON but flickers & there is a loud screeching sound. When I called the customer care 8003629 it took me 15mins to connect. On top of that the executive that I spoke to me was very rude to me & told me that EMAX is not responsible for any issues that I face after purchase. Is this how you treat your customers. PATHETIC. You might have customers spending thousands of dollars at your store but I never expected EMAX to react like this for a brand new TV bought 3days back. On top of that the service agent asked to call 80054 (LG) customer care & hung up on me before I could ask anything. I called from [protected] today around 10:55 AM. Please check your call service logs to check the same. I bought my first TV after coming to UAE & I'm getting the worst experience of my life with EMAX. I hope you find this message well & do what is necessary so that no other customer of yours face any issue like this. I want you to take this issue seriously if you value customer service both pre & post sales support. I work in a sales position & I understand the value for the same. I don’t want to use a faulty TV that has been bought just 3days back & would request you to replace the same. I bought a HP and Lenovo laptop from GITEX on the 8th of October. The deal came with 1 TB hardrive, backpack, Office 365 and other items with each laptop. The salesperson gave me two bags for each laptops and told me everything was there. On reaching home i found out I was missing a 1 TB portable harddrive and no MS Office 365 at all. I contacted emax and was told to either go to GITEX back again or any emax store. I went to the Oasis Center store and told this problem to the after sales department. The lady at the counter asked me for my reciept and told me there is nothing pending on the recipet so Sorry, cant help you ! After arguing for a while and the discussion getting quite heated she said she'll check with the store manager. She came back after a while and said with a big smile, "Sir the sales person was a liar, what can I do about this". After over 2 hours of debating with this lady, i left the store and she was as thick skinned as can be and the discussions had held up other customers for a while. I had no choice other than to return to GITEX's EMAX booth the following day. I found the salesperson who gave me the items, she greeted me warmly and I told her that I had not received my hard disk and Office 365s, she left to talk to the her superior. She came back and said in a EMAX traditional manner, "Sorry Sir, i can't help you. I don't recall you from yesterday." The trip to GITEX turned out to be just another unproductive expense. So everyone be extra careful and always check what you get and if possible make sure to insist to have everything written as freebies aren't always shown on the receipt. Or.Or else like me, you just might be left with freebies that I didn't need and essentials that I required still to be bought at the end of the day.
Got cheated in a similar manner by Emax, Gitex. Gave me a lower specification model laptop in GITEX and month after I issued a complaint gave me a "NEW" laptop, but had the files of the previous owner.

Bought a tv from them...after half hour of vigorous checking they confirmed delivery the day after...since.i was supposed to travel the other day...i postponed since.i.needed the tv for my.mom. paid an amount.for changing the seat. However when the delivery day came i tried calling the sales staff or manager but.nobody had any details of delivery. Evergbody was confused and.rude...nobody bothered. Extremely.bad service...will.never go to them again.

The EMAX Fly for Free offer in GITEX is a Fake offer where these guys only made false commitments. No free tickets were offered to customers. My case
- No one is responding on offer application for 6 months (Oct-14 until March-15) when the SLA was for 14days on them; Sent reminder emails multiple times and called twice to customer care
- 1st they tried to make an excuse that application was not received in time.
- When that did not work; they tried to make another excuse on technicalities of ticket date options. (which was type error and also the check on that should be on website itself).
-Lastly even if there was some entry error; EMAX has the responsibility to revert back to the customer with all the details
I only see these people are making stories and Fake offers to bluff the people

Issue Description:
I went to EMAX On Eid offers, I checked the brocher and picked note 3, read the specifications and ordered for the phone for 4g. the guy gave me the phone I came back and tried checking the mobile with 4g sim. It was a 3 g phone given, secondly in 3 g also it was an inferior product given to me. They published sth else on the brocher and delivered a diff product all together.
When I felt I got cheated, I went back to the store, and the store manager told i need to pay 330 AED extra if i need to change this. I tried reaching the customer service. they turned in almost 25 days, n that also of No use.
The fly with EMAX offer was one of the pathetic, frustrating . At the time of buy they promised to give the ticket withing 14 days, but it is one month and 45 days, I am still waiting for the tickets with least hope.
Very bad customer service, they will just keep listnign u and will listen ur story for 10-12 times, finally u will get frustrated and u by yourself will withdraw the ticket. this is how they resolve the issues. I am checking with my leagal team for approprite action
Will never go to EMAX again, very bad experience.

My delivery is 23-Dec-19 1pm to 4pm and I did not receive. Customer service lacked of training and not helpful and I hope you can fix my case and not to do same what happened to me by your team.
This Emax is real cheaters as they offers several vouchers but in the reality, its not available. I bought a TV on 28th Sep 2019 and in the bill it is written 6 months Yupp TV voucher. I didn't receive the voucher yet and they gave me only 1 month voucher and that too expired one. I went to their Mirdiff shop twice, but all goons and bufoons will take our number to call back but in vain.

I bought Russel Hobbs Iron from Emax Hamdan Street and it got defective after couple of use sent to service center but they returned at the same conditions. Sent back to service Center again but now they are not even bothered to return it back. Called them several times but they were not helpful at all. I had to buy a new one from different store.
I complain about dishonesty of E-MAX staff . Because on 11/04/2019 I have paid the bill No SDDINV2000084548 for a gray Hitaci fredge which should be delivered on 14/04/2019 . I received completely different colours. And since then till yesterday on 8/05/2019 when they came and took the wrongly delivered fredge . All because dishonesty of staff .

Its been almost 2 weeks that i purchased window AC & the unit thats been delivered & installed was faulty, complaints raised 3 times. But still i didn't get the replacement.
