Dell laptop - 7590-vos-e1393-gry - unacceptable experience

Full description of the incident ;
On 09th OCT 2020, I made a payment of 4899/- aed towards the subjected laptop which I collected from Mall of the Emirates branch because Deira City Centre branch doesn't have the product. Mr Sanu Magar was very helpful from start to end with the purchase. I hardly used the laptop because since the day I purchased it was working at all. Initially it used to stuck while using, secondly the same happens but with huge noise and finally it was not able to turn on at all. I left uae and went to calicut, India. When I contacted DELL customer care, they informed they will not assist even though i had international warranty on the laptop ie BQW8HX2. I had to fly back to Dubai, UAE in order to have the issue resolved by bearing flight ticket and visa expenses. On 13th NOV 2020 I returned the laptop to Mr Omar at Deira City Centre EMAX. He told will get back to me, which didn't happen. On 18th NOV 2020 I visited the same place and met Mr Sanu who assured me will draft a detailed mail to the concerned department and help me to get a credit note because the laptop is dead on arrival (DOA). He also promised to call or have the IT team call on the same day before 1300 PM which did not happen. On 19th NOV 2020 Omar called and informed they are working on it and will get back to me on Sunday ie today which didn't happen. I called him at 1518PM and he assured that will call back before 1800PM which also didn't happen. I sent him an sms requesting the status and he called back at 2133PM. He informed me the technicians from DELL confirmed that there is an issue with the HDD which they will replace and get to me within two working days. I told him clearly stating 4899/- aed is a huge amount for me. I had to work really hard, earn, save then purchase this laptop. At no cost I am willing to get a repaired or refurbished laptop. As promised by Mr Sanu I need a credit note or a brand-new DELL LAPTOP - 7590-VOS-E1393-GRY with a new unique serial number. Mr Omar said will WhatsApp me an email address to register a complaint which he did not do as of now ie 2326PM even though I sent him a reminder sms to do so.
Desirable resolution of my complaint - I need a credit note for the same amount that I paid or a brand-new DELL LAPTOP - 7590-VOS-E1393-GRY with a new unique serial number

Today(19/11/2020) I purchase one huwaei phone from barka branch it was offer item there is complimentary gifts . Cashier is not ready to give that gifts then I ask many time he told me only one item it was two items in mentioned catalog .after that I ask to sales man and he give to me . Hii i called on oman customer service number twice for a copy of lost bill twice they take my mail id but didn't share . I called twice really its a worst service by emax.

I bought New Asus laptop And it's having issues I talk to manager within 14 day's explain to him not working properly I want to replace he said can't replace because you open the box already I except he said need to send to Muscat I receive it back after 2week again same problem WiFi not working file's can't open again explain to Sagar name person he said this is the cheapest laptop can't do anything I really feel Very bad I want to shoruot my problem
Essad discount was refused
After providing essad card through Essad application my discount was declined.
Manager didn't take any responsibility to resolve the issue. She was just standing and repeating to provide the card physically.
The seller lied about the factory warranty to sell the additional warranty package.

Samsung a70 - insurance
Had a terrible experience with the store.
Samsung a70 purchased an year back was having multiple issues, was purchased on 31aug19, sumitted for rectifiation on 21 aug with detail information on my issues written down on paper.
Issues are still as it is, as per Emax new battery was done here comes the worst part, my matt finish done on phone is tampered and when I asked the Emax store manager his reply was how can we change the batter without removing Matt cover.
My point of argument why was I not told this earlier, his response its not emax's concern.
Very very unfortunately I took another apple phone same time and for the 2nd time I was pitched
Sir, if you phone gets damaged and you dont wish to repair u can get 70-80 % of phone value.
Surprise came when I asked the store manager about the insurance while collecting Samsung phone.
His advise we dont do any insurance claims unless the phone was not repairable I get this point but why ripping customers with fake promises during purchase.
I asked the manager to call me and give a solution about the damage of Matt finish I paid for, he never called till date such a disaster to deal.
Samsung calls to ask if issue is resolved, I said no next answer is please bring it back again.
I mean why do u leave the product without testing, and why cant someone collect from us.
Strongly highly recommend not to visit deira city centre Emax store or rather any after this experience as got a rude and unhelpful experience.

Sorry to say, repaired unit is not working through HDMI which was problem from the day one.
In your report only mentioned, unit has no problem. They have not done anything. After 2nd time got repaired from your professional technician, result is same (not working)
I have given my TV model also in last service report. (Samsung - UA55RU7100K) we have ARC HDMI PORT too and I have connected as given your manual.
What is next step? Please advice and solve the problem. It has since I purchased.

Its been around a month ago I purchased a laptop and no doubt it was working well I only operate for 10 to 15 minutes as for the report generation process but there was a problem for drainage for battery so I took and hand over to your customers service staff so the process went for around 10 days and got the laptop back on Sunday afternoon but there was again some hardware issue so immediately I took the laptop again and gave her but today when the service manager came from asus he told its net ips problem so he corrected and gave me but after some minutes blue screen appeared and it was not working so now the laptop is in emax (Oasis mall Alkhuwair) and I want to return and the manager is also telling me ok we will do grv but the customer service staff is not willing to return and making excuses its worth of a penny so im exchanging but the service staff is not friendly and telling we will give it to service team so now I want a refund back and no return so please kindly do the needful.

In reference to your concern, request you to contact the Sony service center at [protected] to check if relevant connections & settings are chosen. If Sony confirms there is probably an issue with the product, please do return your whole purchase to Emax Al Wahda Sharjah with your bill so we can claim the warranty from Sony for you. Request you to return the product on or before August 31, 2020 so we can request a replacement if it is found faulty by the Sony service center. Past 7 days until the end of the 1 year warranty, resolution will only be repairs.

Please do not purchase the Sony sound Bar product for the SAMSUNG TV, it's not compatible from EMAX - Landmark Group.
I have purchased Sony sound Bar HTX-9000F on 25th July 2020 from EMAX Landmark Group. I have reported next day for the not working with HDMI wire. While purchasing time sales person convince us its working with all type of HDMI port., I have smart SAMSUNG TV (model: UA55RU7100K) with HIMI (ARC) port. That I informed salesman earlier.
Get repaired from EMAX service center and again next day switch off and on (next day)it's same not working.
EMAX and Sony (Jumbo Electronics)- they are not supporting me. Product purchased on 25 July 2020 (under warranty) but they are not ready for the replace too.
So, do not influence with salesman words they are for sales. Not for customer satisfaction. After sales they are treating us like layman.

Dear Emax,
I bought a laptop on April 1, 2020 and picked up the item the next day from one of your stores. I checked the laptop when I came home because the agent didn't even check it. There's a strange noise whenever you move the laptop. I realized it was a small screw inside the laptop or whatever it is that keeps moving. I didn't turn on the laptop and didn't even charge it. I went to the store early in the morning and they heard it as well. I was told that since I purchased it online, the SALES goes to online. It made me wonder why can't they replace the laptop, where in fact, it's already part of their inventory. Now, I have to wait for 10-14 days for the service report. I just hope it will come on time before I go back to work in school. Most of all, I hope it's not a REFURBISHED one. I was supposed to buy a gaming laptop but I've changed my mind. Lesson learned.

We are buying our all household electronic from emax only but i am very disappointed with the extanded warranty team of Emax.

I made a purchase of pre order Huawei Matebook D laptop from MCCon 18-03-2020, but till now I didn't received my laptop. When I call to customer and visit MCC they are saying we cannot guarantee you the availability time if you want you can wait or you can apply for refund. Macbook pro old model
I have placed an online order to buy MacBook Pro on 01-April 2020. Receive the product with 2017 model manufacturer.
This information was not visible at the time of placing the order and now Emax Customer team is not acknowledging the issue and reluctant to take any action.

Delay in despatch of tv
We have booked the Sony TV at emax, Hamdaan branch in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
