I bought subject product at 23/11/2019 for personal user as per inv [protected] but the machine is not working so I surprised I called the maintenance team to solve the problem, they promised to come within 3 days but till now they didn't come I am very sad about that because I am one have strong loyalty for EMAX and the big evidence that I have chairman card but now after this accident I will not be with u any more
