The hammer called me and offered a 30 day trial; before the period was up, I called to cancel and they said we’ll extend it, I confirmed that I could cancel it within 30 days and get all my money back. After a couple months, I realize this was going to repeat itself, so I canceled it for one car. Do I keep it for the other because it is fantastic even better than the other car. They said they refunded my money, but I confirmed with my credit card multiple times that they never refunded the money. Later when I called to cancel it for the last car, they tried to charge me money because I missed a 30 day period. Even though it was supposed to be prorated and they said there’s nothing I could do and they said they don’t have a trial. Period when I said listen to your recordings, they said it’s for their own quality improvement purposes they would not let me listen to them. They said there was nothing I could do. When I filed a complaint with the agency, they called me to offer a refund for every penny I had paid including the amount. They said they had refunded only if I signed an NDA.
