I took my ford truck to the ford dealer because I had engine light on they sent papers to endurance for fuel line and something else then after putting them in the light was still on so they scanned it again it needed a wire harness so the dealer sent the part number in they said right away it was not covered witch I found out it is covered when I contacted them they said yes it would be covered but they worked on it before they were contacted witch is notg so they had the other parts in it thats why they had to scan it again it didnt tell them at the time it had a wire problem also at that time so why was this denied I want some answers that is not a bunch of crap just so they can rip me off. And thats all it is
I did not try and rip them off my policy is paid in full I know it cost me more to go with ford but this is wrong and im going to see if this letter does anything at all
If not im going to cancel both policyes and find a company that doesnt rip me off
Another thing when I bought the policy they didnt tell me I would pay more for parts if they found them cheaper my deductable qwas sopose to be 100.00its never been under 500.00 I did not complain to bad at that but now they say the did not order a harness witch they did your company just dont know how to read part numbers I guess im really disapointed with this
Desired outcome: i would like them to do the right thing and pay there share for the wiring harness
none of my complaints are solved they havent answered me yet and the way it looks they wont
