Dear Engen

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the petrol price at your station. As per the recent government regulations effective from June 5, 2024, there was a mandated reduction in petrol prices. However, when I filled up my vehicle today, I noticed that the price at the pump had not been adjusted accordingly.

As a regular customer and a consumer who is highly mindful of budget constraints, I find this discrepancy quite concerning. The government’s decision to reduce petrol prices is a significant relief for many, and it is disheartening to see that the benefits of this regulation are not being reflected at your station.
