After more than 5 month payment not delivered to beneficiary
The payment has been reached in beneficiary account, but the bank authorities not ready to pay, the are saying that the remitter's bank should order to us to pay. When I go to branch many time to say like this, but the bank authorities not ready to listen any thing and saying we have send my money to beneficiary account already and we will not do anything.
Please take action soon.

Remittance through enjaz app
Transferred 4500 sar into enjaz account in app. Troed transferring same to my indian account but everytime same error received from enjaz app 'service is not available now. Please try again later '. Have contacted customer service many times but no result. Everytime they ask to send screenshot to customercare email id. Urgently need money in indian account but this stupid app of stupid bank not resolving issue : (tried in branches also, there also they are not helping. Please help me to resolve this issue.

Last june 19,2022 at 10:33 am i went to enjaz batha to send money, at first it was okay the money was deducted on my atm i received also message that it was already deducted but when my atm card went out it appears in the monitor of the machine and in the receipt that the transaction was unsuccessful, i went to the manager and he said it will take 10 mins and after tjat it takes 2hours waiting they didnt do anything, i called my bank and raised a claim for refund, and they said it will take 14 working days, the problem is i will go exit, i called the costumer service of enjaz and they said its from my bank. Is there any way to speed up the refund in my account and does the account closed once i left the kingdom?

Bad service
The team at Mushriff mall has been very unprofessional and unethical in their approach. They have no knowledge about the work and services they are providing to people with their services. They charges are high and they don’t provide proper feedback. I have been waiting patiently in the entire 2months for my for money back and for which the didn’t provide me a receipt copy and the managers deny me on checking their records. This is unacceptable from organization who is just their to eat people hard earn money and make difficult times more harder to get around with information.

Money Refund due to failed in transfering
On 1st of May I have transferred money to India through Enjaj mobile app on my by Non Resident bank account, on not receiving money till 7th I went to nearest branch of Enjaj in Riyadh, they informed me that your not transferred due issue related with their partner bank in India. On their suggestion they asked me request for refund the amount, but they at that time they didn't inform me how long it will take, after made the request they told me it will take 10 working day. Since from since from 17th I have been calling Enjaj every single day to chase my money refund, they just pushing the ball here and there. Since today on 25th they need another 2 working days to release the money.
The service of Enjaj is not transparent and some of the customer care agents do not respond well on the issue. I have failed to understand them that how its important to send the money to my family back in India.
In this current digital banking, why a customer have to wait for money transfer or if the bank failed why he need to wait for long to get the refund, is complete unacceptable.
Being new in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, I am helpless and frustrated with banking services.
Desired outcome: I demand for immediate refund with the loss I have incurred in trusting Enjaj money transfer.
