I am Dr shanoo sheikh. I wanted to send money to India. I came to Enjaz alrabi branch.in the past I send the money from same branch but there was one figure missing so I had problem. Today I came again to submit money and just to cross check I was checking my account no so everything goes well. there is one teller with the name Abdul aziz busy with phone and literally he shouted me and used language which was horrible. I was embrassed in front of all. kindly look into the matter

I send money to india on 27 Dec 2021 till not deposited in account so I visited the branch and told about this but they saying already deposited in bank account already they did spelling mistake while sending and said no problem and flagged the transaction i contacted indian branch manager he said no any kind of incoming transfer found so he given me a account statement i given to enzaz manager they told roughly me money is already in account check but not yet deposited so I hope you will help me

As on 11.02.2021 itransfer sar 4757.84 to my brother through enjaz easy transfer to pakistan through united bank limited, but aid amount still not transfer since 5 days, generally amount transfer in few hours.

I experience the same thing just this morning.. I was advised to call my bank to raise a complain so that they can hive my money back but the problem os i will go for ezit in just 3 days and i couldn't wait longer.. They have to return it as soon as possible.

I'm Melannie N. Gomba, i send money enjaz sari branch on january 29 2021 to my bdo kabayan account amounting 475sr but its already 3 days and still not credited to my account. I always send money to my account and it only took 2 to 3 hours and it will be credited., but now its already 3 days. What will i do, , my family needs the money. Why like that?

Hi ! Good day. I am Mr. Philip Secula Cervantes. I want to forward my complain regarding to my Account name in Enjaz branch South Khalidiyah 334. I am having lots of trouble upon sending money to Thailand via Western Union because of my name in the system has a typing error made by the Enjaz branch personnel person who updating the system. Yesterday as I send again money in this branch I initiated to update my said account but the personnel disregard my request and ignore my update resulting to throwing my paper request in front of me, which was a customer that time. In western Union Thailand branches they will not accept any human error or typing error in the Transaction. Please evaluate and do some regarding actions about this matter. I cant imagine how I requested so many times in this branch also lots of typing errors in the cashier area. Kindly understand that in some countries they will not allowed errors in the transaction as I am always sending money to Thailand for my family support. Is it Enjaz's policy that supporting ladies in the bank is not allowed?
Well it happened with my wife that for her transaction# FT19201390004799, in which the guy did a mistake and put one digit wrong and hence we had to suffer for the correction cycle and the resulting delay. For another Transaction#FT19218474178122, my wife who needed support and asked me to go with her for support and confidence. I accompanied her but the guy on my wife's turn at the counter was very rude and yelled at me to get out of the queue in front of many people despite my explaining that I have come for support.
I did approach the management on the day but there was no satisfactory heeding.
I request backup support from Enjaz's management, to retain my faith in Enjaz / Western union for my monthly remittance to my family with the support of my wife because of my busy official schedule.
Please advise on how to and where to escalate this incident for justice to the system / community as a whole.

I have used my debit card through enjaz kiosk machine. Money deducted from debit card but remittance got failed .
When I approach to teller officer in enjaz center, he told me to take refund Claim from my bank.
Who is responsible for the failed transaction.?
How many days will take it to refund back my money.

I went to your branch last January 31, 2020 to send money to my cousin in Manila, Philippines. Then the following day, 1 February 2020, I received a call from him saying that there is a wrong spelling of his second name. Between 10am and 11am, I went to the branch to correct the spelling. It was the guest relation person who assist me. I saw in my two eyes how he correct and asked me to spell it to him before sending the email. He said it will take an hour with the same MCTN to take effect. February 2, 2020, I received again a call from my cousin stating that the money is no longer under his name. I was amazed, how come that the name was changed. On the same day I went again to verify to the branch to double check the error and they fixed it by sending email and the guest relation officer advised me before I left the branch I have to talk to the Branch Manager which I did and he advise me to follow on this number 920011541. I was wondering that how come the name of the receiver was changed to the name which I dont about the person. I hope the bank will conduct an extensive investigation of this incident. Its really inconvenience on my part. Thank you.

Am talking on behalf of my friend Mr.Rakesh kumar, as he was working in saudi arabia for 2 years in a well known enterprice.After his contract with the company he gone exit. Good day im. Biberly templora... I send money last. July 2019 the amount is 550 with charge in the machine.. But when we saw the receipt is not send the money because the. Machine is not working then. Friday we comeback to the bank. To saw the receipt but they tell we comeback sunday because friday no manger and no office.. Then sunday we comeback they send email.
