Greetings;
Just purchased a house located at 243 Sand Hill Road, Jonesboro, Louisiana, 71251. Tried to start service online. Returned error message stating: A move in request has already scheduled at said address. Please contact service personnel.
Upon contact, the lady tried to get her supervisors attention, and was hung up on, inable to esxplain the new purchase situation and what was causing the website to already have anything scheduled for my address by other than myself.
I took photos of the actual meter, tag #, should they be needed, can attach in email.
The place was purchased from Sherri Taylor. Signing confected via Steven Gatlin Atty. On August 17th 2023. She did state that she had rented the place to someone and had to have them evicted. That person may have attempted the online move in request just to mess things up for next person who lives there.
RFI request for an investigation into the status of the utility at the provided address, and accept my request to start service and schedule a time/date for connection of electricity at the residence.
