For about 2 years I have been sending $500 extremely high light bills I reached out to Entergy to have my meter read. I'm not sure if anyone ever came out. But in Aug of 2023 I notice that I'm put on something called level billing, so I reached out to Entergy and upon speaking with an agent that's when I was informed that I'm on level billing... the agent also stated that he never recommends level billing because it's a rip off. I ask to be removed from the level billing, and the agent removed the level billing 7 days later I get a bill for $800 that was due in 7 days because I got off level billing and because I got off level billing I have to pay back the money from level billing that I never asked to be on my current bill was also due making it $1200...so after I get the bill I contact customer service and that's when I was told I need to pay the money back from level billing my light was disconnect in Dec because they said even tho I paid my bill I didn't pay it by 5pm they disconnected my lights I had to pay $700 to get my lights back on I then received my January Bill for $535 and a Bill for February for $600.I reached out to the public service commission who totally ignore all of this I reached out in Aug 2023 I was never contacted back. There is now a African American man over the district who could careless but there was a nice Caucasian lady who always got great results who went the extra mile.and kept the lines of communication open I am looking to file a complaint on the Mississippi State Public Service Commission also
