Jake **** was the specialist I worked with from beginning to end
Jake *** was the specialist I worked with from beginning to end. He worked effectively with my insurance company to determine the extent of the damage and the resolution of what was required to fix my roof. He and all the workers showed up as scheduled. Jake was always willing to answer questions and provide the information we needed to make decisions on what we wanted for the roof. I would definitely recommend this company for roof repairs/replacement.

Chase *** was my first point of contact with Enterprise Contracting
Chase *** was my first point of contact with Enterprise Contracting. Chase was great to work with, Chase explained the process and material that would used and was very patient,, communicating with me from start to finish. There was a little delay in the start date but understandable due to the weather. Enterprise was on point with date and time as promised. I received a new roof and gutters and everything looks great. I would use Enterprise Contracting in the feature if needed.

You get your money's worth! *** is outstanding -the crew is very responsive and very knowledgeable. I could not be happier!
A+! Always available, either by text or phone calls. The working team is knowledgeable and honest. Would definitely recommend using this company for any of your roofing needs.
The crew is knowledgeable, very keen, and has great eyes for details. They made the entire process extremely easy. The communication was first-rate as well. I'd recommend Enterprise Contracting, Inc. to anyone looking for a good roofing company.
My husband and I signed a contract with Enterprise Contracting and they were very loyal and professional
My husband and I signed a contract with Enterprise Contracting and they were very loyal and professional. They let us know up front that they were very busy and that it would be a while before they could get started. When the time came they were very courtesy and gave us a call and everything went as planned from the delivery of the dumpster to the finish of our new roof installation. We are very satisfied with their work and would gladly refer them to other friends and family members.

They completed the job as scheduled and I'm very pleased with the quality of the job. I definitely recommend Enterprise Contracting, Inc..
I couldn't be happier. Finished the work on time, and crew cleaned up well. Heavy rain followed a few days after the service completed, and no seen issues. 10/10 would recommend!
One of the best companies around! They were quick and professional. Price is reasonable compared to quotations that I got from other contractors. I would highly recommend them.
I recently received work from Enterprise
I recently received work from Enterprise. They were very swift and thorough with working with the insurance company. They kept me up to date with changes in the project. The only concern I had was my roof was not laying completely flat in all areas post installation. Within days, they sent their Supervisor out to inspect the project; ensured me of their 15 year warranty and addressed my concerns. Apparently warm weather is needed to help the materials flatten and its a bit chilly outside right now. Very professional in handling their business.

I don't even know where to start. When they initially came out and looked at the roof, they agreed to meet with our insurance representative. The representative confirmed we were getting a new roof. Subsequently, we had the Enterprise representative come out to conduct a phone call with the insurance agent to align our plans. The Enterprise representative had all the necessary information, drew up a firm contract, and we signed it. After the work was completed, they attempted to impose nearly $4000 of additional charges, attributing it to insurance policy nuances concerning replacement cost versus full value. However, that was not our issue to resolve. They had all the information beforehand.
Then, to exacerbate the situation, they tried to charge us an additional $800+ to upgrade the roof to meet code requirements by installing a drip edge. However, they didn't even perform that work. They justified it by claiming that the fascia covering already included a quarter-inch drip edge. While this was true, the contract stipulated double sheeting for the drip edge, which was not done, and all the gutter edges were missing a drip edge. The number of emails and phone calls made to address this has been countless. Regrettably, my partner settled the payment with them. We are still without the double sheeting, missing drip edges on the gutter ends, and despite repeated attempts, they have not provided a waiver of lien for the materials. It has been over six months now. We've decided to take the matter to small claims court to recover all the funds paid beyond the agreed contract. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
I'm so glad I went with this company. Not only the team did a remarkable job in removing and installing our new gutters, they were also able to locate the crevice and hole on *** and seal it. That is on top of being responsive, knowledgeable, precise, and honest. This company has gained a repeat customer.
I give these guys a 5-star rating and a huge thumbs up! Enterprise Contracting, Inc. did a great job on a complete roof replacement on our home, which is quite spacious. They provided a very reasonable price and were very responsive from day one until the completion of the work. I would definitely recommend them.
We chose Enterprise Contracting, Inc. because they were very responsive, and the sales rep was quite detailed, transparent, and easy to get a hold of. And yes, they did not disappoint us. They completed the work in less than three days with the results we dreamed of. Everyone demonstrated what a real quality company can be and has given us a renewed respect for the roofing industry. We would definitely use again and recommend.
I worked with Miranda during the entire process
I worked with Miranda during the entire process...if it wasn't for her, I would have pulled my hair out. Yes, there were some hiccups during the job, as there are with all jobs right now during this pandemic. But everything was handled with professionalism and Miranda was constantly in contact with me. The workers stayed late into the evening trying to get the job done, but finally had to give in and come back the next morning to finish up. I appreciated their hard work and dedication. I would definitely recommend Enterprise to my family and friends.

We used Enterprise Contracting for our new roof installation after we sustain some storm damage
We used Enterprise Contracting for our new roof installation after we sustain some storm damage. Our contact person, Justin, was very helpful in coordinating with the insurance company and getting us paid as well as explaining the process along the way. The company as a whole was very good, keeping everything upfront and on schedule. Everything went as planned and were very happy with the results. We had one window screen which was damaged during the installation but Enterprise paid for the repair of that screen. I would have no problem referring Enterprise to other people.
They did a fantastic job on multiple projects we had for them!
They did a fantastic job on multiple projects we had for them! They did great from start to finish! We used lots of different roofing companies (vendors) and Enterprise has won the rest of our business. From the first presentation to the final installations, they truely are the best at what they do. They completed over 400 squares of roofing for our subdivision (new construction) and I couldn't be more pleased. They even worked with the lending department on the draw structures and gave us very good terms. Now they are repairing some of the resturants roofs we manage as well. Great company- great service. Larry and Anna are always returning my text and calls within minutes!

We went with Enterprise Contracting for our roof installation after sustaining damage due to a severe storm
We went with Enterprise Contracting for our roof installation after sustaining damage due to a severe storm. Jacob our sales person helped us understand the insurance process, what we would be paid and how much we would be responsible for. After the contract was signed Anna kept the process rolling. She informed us when the roof would be installed and updated us on any delays due to weather, and there were several. The roof was installed and completed as promised. The roof looks great. Aaron came out and inspected the roof and surrounding area for any problems and / or debris. The company as a whole is very good, keeping everything upfront and on schedule. Everything went as planned and were very happy with the results. I would have no problem referring Enterprise to other people
I worked with Enterprise Contracting when I heard their recommendation on the radio!
I worked with Enterprise Contracting when I heard their recommendation on the radio! I called them, they evaluated my roof and said I should look to work with my insurance company. They agreed to meet with my adjuster and that is what happened. The insurance company recommend Enterprise Con. as they work a lot from them. It was about 2 weeks later when my roof was installed upon the scope being received. This was one of the best experiences I have had with a service company. Anna and Kari in production were fantastic and the accounts payable department was very pleasant. I referred 3 homeowners and got a $100.00 gift card for that as well! Total stand out company, the installs department was fantastic and we love the job that was completed. Thanks again for everyone involved. We are ecstatic about what we were able to do. Thank you!

hired to replace roof, sent unskilled workers
hired to replace roof, sent unskilled workers. that improperly installed roofing , ripped out copper flashing and damaged bricks that had just been tuckpointed and prepared for them due to unskilled laborers inability to work with real craft work., than tried to cover it up , illegal or not to code drip edge installed with teck screws to gutter channels. drip edge is not attached to hose only to gutters. WOW. holes in new shingle created but using tech screws to attach drip edge to gutter straps. cheated on underlayment, cut and patched in. installed wrong size gutters. had to remove and replace. left exposd bare wood visible to the naked eye. shoty workmanship , was trying to work it out with them but sales person called me a *** and now plans on legal action. BUT ALL ELSO SHOULD BEWARE this is a storm chaser company that wants insurance money. that is how they contacted me. I was a 100% self pay , they got half at this time. also note there ComplaintsBoard.com rating. ask several times to have the owner contact me but nothing . looks like customer satisfaction is NOT a high priority

Before i had a new roof installed in Dec 2020 I told the sales person and the boss of the work crew that i had gutter guard covering the gutters
Before i had a new roof installed in Dec 2020 I told the sales person and the boss of the work crew that i had gutter guard covering the gutters and to make sure it was installed properly. Was assured that the gutter guard would be installed and not to worry. After some time I noticed that this was not the case and had them come back to do the job right. Again I noticed some more problems with the gutter guard so i called *** do a roof inspection and was told that the gutter guard was improperly installed and needed the entire gutter guard replaced. I was told by Enterprise to contact the project manager ( *** ) which I did via written correspondence along with photos showing how the gutter guard was installed on the roof along with a copy of the invoice from ***. Received a phone call form *** and it was implied that some payment would be forth coming. As of a few days ago I tried to contact *** with no response regarding this problem. I fell that all the information she was given it fell on deaf ears and no payment would be sent. Any one that was going to have Enterprise Contracting install a new roof and has gutter guard or any type of gutter protection tp make sure it is properly installed before the final payment is made; I made that mistake and paid for it.

I don't even know where to start
I don't even know where to start. When they initially came out and looked at roof, they agreed to meet with our insurance rep. from ***. The rep said we were getting a new roof. Subsequently, we had *** (the Enterprise rep) come out to do a phone call with the insurance rep to get our ducks in a row. *** had everything in front of him, *** up a firm contract and we signed. After the work was done they tried to stick with nearly $4000 of additional charges, blaming it on ***. Using the replacement cost vs full value. Not our problem. They had all the info. Then, to make matters worse they tried to charge us an additional $800+ to bring roof up to code by installing drip edge. Well, they didn't even do that work. *** used the excuse that the fascia covering already had a 1/4" drip edge. Well, this proved to be correct, but no double sheeting was put on for drip edge, as was on the contract, AND all the gutter edges had NO drip edge. I cant tell you how many emails and phone calls have been made. Unfortunately my better half paid them. We still have no double sheeting, no drip edges on gutter ends, and they have refused repeated emails and calls to send a waiver of lien for materials. This has been over a half year now. We've decide to go to small claims court to recoup all funds over agreed contract. AVOID!
I had the worst experience I've had with them than I've had with anyone in my entire life
I had the worst experience I've had with them than I've had with anyone in my entire life. They were money hungry .They charged me 11k for my roof and snuck behind my back and called my insurance company requesting more funds. Once I was made aware I asked about it and thats when things hit the fan .I was working with a guy named Andrew who appeared to be trustworthy ended up not answering my calls and not responding .The GM Steve( I believe was his name)called and was overly aggressive before I could get a word in he said im taking my men off the job .I walked outside and they where leaving .They left my yard a mess and left the job incomplete .My father spoke with the GM and he was even more rude with him .I work hard for my money and im very big on trust and respect .I would not recommend this company as the communication is very poor and you can't trust them. When I entrust a company to do work for me I want them to give everything they gave when they were trying to get my business. 11k and it still wasn't enough. They wanted as much as they could drain my insurance company for .That made me loose trust and with the way they communicated with me today I wouldn't dare use them again. Andrew I thought was a nice young man but he turned out to be very mean and appears that he's not to be trusted either .I wish I had never used them .FYI im looking for someone to complete what they didn't finish because they are guilty.

This company said that they would match the color of the existing roof
This company said that they would match the color of the existing roof. They put on a different color. They also tore off the antenna for ***. The guy I was working with flat out lied. He wanted me to text him the color and I told him that wasn't the color I wanted. He put a dark color on and we had a light brown roof. I argued with him that it was the wrong color. He put it on anyway. This is on my 85-year old father's house and I have power of attorney which I can provide. We paid approximately $3100.

This business called my cell phone in violation of state and federal no call lists
This business called my cell phone in violation of state and federal no call lists. The caller did not identify himself or the company in violation of the *** act. I had to play along with the offer of a "roof inspection" to learn the identity of this company. That happened when they called me back later to reschedule the roof inspection and that caller identified the company. I don't care if they employ other companies to do their illegal violation of people's phone privacy, they are responsible for the actions of the subcontractors they support.

I had hired this company for an insurance claim. The claim included a new roof for the house, patio, and garage, as well as new siding. The price was approx $23,000, The company started in April . At first, the siding was put on without the starting strip. Siding was crooked so they had to reside my house. The patio roof has been replaced 3 times. They had left 4 things to do and broke two lights. There were also pieces of siding twisted. It has been 5-6 weeks and they have yet to finish the job and have yet to reimburse me for the damages to the lights .
I contracted them to put a roof on my home
I contracted them to put a roof on my home. They sent a guy here and he made promises and we signed the contract. We had another person come a month later to finalize the work. He was kinda pushy, but I still did it. They sent a crew to do the work that spoke only spanish. I could not communicate with them well, but I told them to talk to me before they leave. They cut my DirectTV wires and didn't tell us. They did not give me my leafguard nor the down spout. We discussed and agreed with the first representative that this would be done and part of the agreement. They are in the business of roofing and know that I needed it. The insurance company would have added it if the original bid called for it. I gave them 50% down and owe them 50%.

Enterprise called at 12:05 on July 7, to market their services under the auspices of offering courtesy roofing inspections relative to hail damage from the storm in March (assumed 2020). The male voice said, "They will be in the area" I am on the no-call list, and I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission today, July 7, at approximately 12:15pm.
This spring we had a hail storm. We contacted our homeowner's insurance and qualified for settlement. Enterprise contacted us and said they could get the roof repaired in 3-4 weeks. We received a check from the insurance company, we deposited into the credit union and the credit union paid them with our permission. We have spoken to the representative of Enterprise several times after the rep came out to give us an estimate. To date they have not started the work. No materials are here either.

Due to hail damaged, I needed a new roof
Due to hail damaged, I needed a new roof. I reached out to Enterprise Roofing in JULY, *** the salesperson, came out to provide a quote. IN JULY! I ACCEPTED THE QUOTE IN YES JULY! I provided them w/first insurance check in August! A month and half passed by, no roof and no contact from any one at Enterprise, I finally called and first I was told, Oh your file was in the wrong folder and that's probably why you hadn't been contacted. Weeks went by again, no contact, so I contacted them again, this time I was told, I believe by ***, that what I ordered was delayed due to Covid, etc. Although I can certainly understand that, however, I believe I should have been called and provide that information, but instead, I had to contact them. I never received one call from Enterprise, each call was initiated by me. I even had to follow up on when the gutters would be installed, I didn't get my roof until DECEMBER YES FROM JULY TO DECEMBER. But what is really really annoying at this point, is ***, ***, young lady that works in the office all can pick up the phone and call me regarding the final insurance check, imagine that! No one has apologized, no one has offered me any customer service, discount on deductible, nothing, yet they want to call me about their check. Initially, I had my brother prepared to use Enterprise, needless to say, I told him not to pursue, based on the service I was provided. One last thing, *** mentioned he would be on-site w/the roofers in the onset, neither me or my husband seen ***, since he picked up the first check in August. Now would it be fair for me to hold the check until July, NO it would not and I have no intentions of doing so. But I have very very low tolerance for poor customer service and disrespect, especially since I spending my hard earned money as well.

**** was my first point of contact and was very personable when he came by to assess the project in September
was my first point of contact and was very personable when he came by to assess the project in September. I asked all poignant questions pertaining to fascia and soffit repair in order to be well informed of the process. I signed a contract where the work was guaranteed and gave payment information. I asked for a ball park of when the job would be started and was told "someone from the office will call you this week to set-up the project date." The week rolled by and no call, I waited until mid week the next week and called *** back inquiring about the project start date as I saw the amount was immediately debited from my account. I was told he would give them a call and someone should call me soon. To which another week and a half rolled by. I again called *** and asked, is there a hold up or anything I should know of..., again I was told "I don't know what the hold up is but I will call and someone will get back to you shortly. A month went by, rainstorms, sunshine, warm days, cold days and still no feedback or perspective date. I call *** again and he said that he doesn't know why no one has connected with me but to try calling the office. I call the office to which I constantly get " the person you need to speak with is out of the office and can I leave a message. Here we are close to the end of November and the project still isn't done and when I called today to get a refund, I'm told to wait until tomorrow and if it doesn't happen then I will get a refund. I believe I have waited long enough and now I am frustrated and do not have trust in this company. Oh and by the way back in October they made sure to call me back and have me cross out the guarantee for the work and send them a picture of it. So I ask should I really trust after all this that they will do a good job? Not convinced but it seems my funds are being held hostage. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic but as a customer all I would have required was some communication especially since there was no hesitance to take the money immediately. I do not recommend them and will never use them again. What an awful let down and horrible experience with my first home repair.
