Good service on the installation of the new opener.About an hour and cleaned up well. Answered my questions but he did not give any overall explaining the features of it. I would recommend taking 5-10 minutes and doing this.

Ive worked with them for over 20 years now having them install every overhead and roll up doors in the pole barns ive built and have not had any problems with the products and service ive received for my business or personal needs.

I've talked to five different people from Environmental Door in the last few weeks. Told all of them the same thing...I have no idea what you are talking about, I am not a customer not have I ever done business with Environmental Door.

Great after hours customer service! I called and left a VM on a Saturday morning and got a return call within minutes from the tech. He was out even earlier than he originally told me, and now our OHD operates better then it has in years.

Very prompt response to come out and do a routine maintenance service on the garage door , phone receptionist and service employees are engaging, knowledgeable, and professional . Very satisfied and would recommend this company for any door work.

Very professional. Customer service is excellent. Called with a broken spring on a ten year old garage door and they took care of it the next day. Only way to tell the serviceman was there was the brand need spring. The door operates better and quieter than before.

Ensuring that our garage door stopped for obstacles and went back up was the last thing our buyer wanted proven before purchasing our home. ED did the job at a sensible price and even did a video demo of the fixed door to seal the deal.

They arrive on time and if an emergency, show up very quickly to take care of the problem. We also use them for maintenance on our garage door with fair pricing. Terrific service! Very highly recommended by us! Came out early morning before regular work hours when our double bay garage door coil spring snapped, leaving me trapped. They arrived in less than 30 minutes and had me on my way. We are dedicated customers now. Very reasonable prices and even received a price break when we requested they also change the coil spring on the single bay door as a preventative measure. We are very satisfied customers. Great people to work with!

I used environmental door 4 years ago and they came out immediately after I called because my spring broke and my car was stuck in the garage. It's so happens, that Rob was the same person who came out the second time a couple of weeks ago. I called them because my hinges had broken. He came out the next day and was very professional and did an excellent job. Unfortunately the door was still making a crazy noise so he came out again, the day after I called, and fixed it without charging me anything. I would definitely use them again and I wouldn't even consider calling anybody else.
