We had a great experience with The Remodeling Company. Their customer service is outstanding and their team walked through the process with us from beginning to end. They were even able to replace our worn out roof in just one day. Their whole team was extremely hard working and efficient. The Remodeling Company and the entire installation team were great to work with from the liaising with our insurance company through the actual roof installation. We did not experience any hidden costs, The Remodeling Company was upfront with all costs from the very beginning. The installation team was also exacting in the needs of the decking after removing the old shingles.

The team arrived on schedule and finished the same day. They were understanding and respectful of my family's needs throughout the day also. Their care for my property went far beyond just my roof.

they have no clue what they are doing, i had facia, soffit and gutters, it's been a nightmare for over a month, the first gutters they installed were installed over the drip edge, and had water actually pouring out behind facia, the replaced gutters and this time they installed gutters an inch under the drip edge ? the gutters are supposed to start high end under drip edge and small as possible gap at the low end. now i have water pouring out between facia and gutters. in some areas gutters are perfectly level on 18' run instead of being pitched. The owner said they would be back Monday 5/06/2022 and not only didn't show but never responded to texts till 6 PM at that point he just replied he would call me in the morning obviously he didn't mean Tuesday the 7th or Wednesday the 8th because i haven't heard from him yet. Also, they never cleaned up after the first work was done causing us to have 2 flat tires that needed to be replaced. On top of charging almost double what others charge they do very poor work. I would like to know if previous reviews were vetted, I have videos and pictures I'm more than happy to share including nail and screws in tires, water coming down behind facia and 2nd install between facia and gutters can even produce a bag almost a lb and a half with screws, nails, hardware left behind for even tire issues.

Extremely satisfied with The Remodeling Company from start to finish! Our representative, John Smith, was professional, friendly and NO PRESSURE! John gave us time to check things out and explained in detail the steps that would follow with replacing our roof. The team that arrived to replace our roof were very friendly and finished the entire job in less than a day. They kept us informed verbally and visually with pictures of their progress. We're completely satisfied with the entire process. Communication was great throughout the process as well. These guys are GOOD!

The Remodeling Company did an excellent job. Due to hail damage they replaced our entire roof. The project manager, John Smith, was excellent to work with throughout everything. He was always available when we needed to ask him something. Before the actual install, John came by the house and thoroughly explained the entire process to us. They were very professional and excellent project managers. They performed their job on time when scheduled and had great follow-ups throughout the installation. Sarah, their project manager was excellent - sent us pictures as work progressed and kept us updated at all times. The team that came out to do the install arrived a little earlier that expected to get started on the tear off and they completed and cleaned up really well after the install, I was super impressed with the professionalism the team had. I'd recommend them very highly. They were great to work with, The Remodeling Company goes above and beyond to help their customers out and I love it. We need more companies like them, we really do.
