Great company to deal with! I have used them for plumbing Issues and to maintain my heating and cooling system. They always show up in a timely manner and get the job done right. I would recommend them to anyone!

Very professional. The plumber called ahead of time, was on time and took his time to ensure things were done right. This is our second time using this company and have had great experiences both times. Will be using them again.

When the temp drops and bad things happen, you have to act fast. Full Nelson was quick to respond, professional and friendly at every stage in the process. I'll have no issue using them again when needed...they even took time to give me a DIY fix for another issue I was having. Pros.

Zac was a super hard worker, up and down my stairs countless times, trying everything he could think of to locate the leak in my tub. Gave tons of extra advice of other issues. Very satisfied with his work and kind attitude. Will definitely call Full Nelson with my next plumbing issue.

Had a problem with garbage disposal and non-draining water in sink and dishwater. They actually showed up earlier than expected, diagnosed the problem and fixed it without leaving a mess behind. Very professional -- explained all charges ahead of fixing the problem so no big surprises in the end. Very professional!

This is a top notch company! We used them many times for both plumbing and heating/cooling issues. They are reliable and have never failed to provide quality workmanship. We live about an hour out of the city, but these guys don't bat an eye. They are here when we need them! 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Tired of waiting on your local plumber, then this is your company. They get the work done the first time.

In mid-November we got a new shower installed into our bathroom, we were promised 2 days of work and it turned into 3 weeks! They didn't complete the walls right and had to have a different company to come out to tear the work they did down and redo it. Now we find that it has been leaking into our basement under the shower, it's been doing it for a while because that section of the basement ceiling is saturated and our new insulation was ruined. We have contacted them and they said they would send their on-call tech but the damage has already been done.

We had a complete heat and A/C system installed and have nothing but good things to say about the team that came and did the work. John, Mike, and Sarah were extremely professional, courteous, and a pleasure to be around, explaining as they worked and tolerating all our questions and gladly answering without any qualms about it. The equipment was far better than expected and after the installation looks great! And a huge thanks to the salesman Mark for working with us and talking everything through. Again, John, Mike, and Sarah have done their employer right, doing a high-quality installation and making us completely satisfied. Highly recommended!"

I called on. Sunday at 6:00 AM when I had no heat. The lady I spoke with was professional and told me the service tech on call in my area would call me back. Mike called me about 15 minutes later and was so very helpful...he walked me through changing the batteries in my digital thermostat and waited on the phone with me to make sure I was getting heat. He was so helpful and professional, and I know had I called any other companies they would have sent someone out but not tried to help me over the phone as Mike did. It is hard to find this kind of help today. I will use Full Nelson for all of my needs moving forward and I have already given their name out to a few friends.

We had a few items that needed attention (leaky pipe, install of new valves/hoses, redo poor cooper design, install a Flo by Moen, etc... The pre-appointment notice, call the morning of and follow-up customer sat check were awesome. Clearly Full Nelson really cares. Justin was the master plumber and he is absolutely incredible. So kind, thoughtful and detailed. Explained every aspect and kept us updated. Kind of guy you'd trust your house keys with. The quality of work Justin provided caused me to get a few other things done. When you find a person who does quality work, you want to get everything done. I hope Justin reads this because I want him to know how much I appreciate the level of professionalism and explaining everything. I highly recommend Full Nelson Plumbing and HVAC!

If I could give this company 10 Stars I would because 5 Stars does not justify how good this company really is. On 2/16 we had a pipe burst in our home and as Murphy's Law would have it, the pipe didn't burst until "after business hours" so naturally, I was panic stricken thinking who am I going to find to fix it at night. I called a couple of companies, and while one was nice, neither could get me in for 3 days. I called Full Nelson and they dispatched the call out to one of their emergency experts and told me to expect a call within 20-30 minutes. Not but 10 minutes had past and Zach was on the other end of the phone. He was professional, honest and willing to talk through options to ensure I was comfortable with the decisions being made about my situation. I was anxious about the pipe burst because I have 2 kids and no water and wondering how in the world I was going to get this fixed while having to work the next day but also wondering financially how this was going to affect me and he was able to take me from super anxious down to a very calm level just during our conversation. The company scheduler called me by 9 a.m. on 2/17 to schedule Justin to come out to my house to fix the issue. She told me he would be there between 11-1p and he would call when he was on the way. This lovely woman called me back at 11:15 a.m. and said that he was still on a job and that he may be slightly later than expected. WOW - what service! In walks Justin at 1:45 p.m. another AMAZING expert in the field! Justin was professional, honest, built my trust immediately and I was even comfortable leaving him alone in my home while I got my daughter to school for play practice and then returned to inspect the work. He kept me informed of what he found, what he had to do to fix the problem and what the cost would be every step of the way. Zach and Justin should be commended by their superiors and given a big raise because it's because of their professionalism, honesty and calm nature that I chose to not only have Full Nelson fix my issue but I also signed a home contract to have them start working on our AC/Heating and Plumbing going forward. Now let's talk money...this company is fair, honest and does not rip off their customers. They could easily increased pricing and taken advantage of people due to the weather and the conditions we are in here in KC but nope, they are honest and fair. I have already recommended them to 3 co-workers just this morning. Many thanks to the customer service scheduler for being just as kind, just as professional and provided wonderful attention to our account. Employees like Zach, Justin and the scheduler are what allows a company to build a great reputation but more importantly keep a good reputation. I hope the owners and managers of this company give each of these individuals a big raise and a nice pat on the back for a job well done! Thank you all so much - you are truly an amazing company who knows what customer service is all about!
