I ordered a pant suit and shoes, paid $104.98, $124.97 with shipping. The suit didn't look good for my build so I returned it with all tags and same packaging. Because I work everyday, and frequently out of town, I made the return when I had time. Once I was finally refunded, the refund was $57.99. I called the return line, requested to speak with a live agent and got a recording stating I needed to call during business hours 7am to 10pm. It was 1pm in the afternoon in CA, which is 5pm east coast. I called the order line and the agent tells me I was charged $19 for each item to restock because they were returned past 30 days and $7.99 for shipping, a total of $46.99. I guess it is their policy but I have no idea where it's documented. Isn't restocking done the same whenever they receive a return. I have ordered "human hair" wigs that melt when I tried curling with a curling iron on low, and one really cute, but looks like doll hair. They send books weekly. Total waste of money with this company, I requested to be removed from their mailing list and will not give away anymore of my hard earned money to them.

I placed an order online for my grandmother for a dress a pair of shoes a purse and a wig on April 23, 2018. I paid for 2-3 day expedited shipping because she needed the items for church. On April 26, 2018 I call to find out the status of the order. I was told that the order was just being shipped out that day and that the dress we ordered was not a stock and had been canceled. I asked why weren't we notified that the dress was canceled and about the delay in shipping? I was told that because I placed the order online using a credit card and that the billing address was to me and the shipping address was to my grandmother they had to do an investigation with the credit card company to verify my address in the validity of my card. I asked why wasn't I notified of such at the time of purchase. I was told that they were just trying to protect their customers. I asked her a for refund on the expedited shipping since that is not what I received. That was not possible since the delay was due to that checking of the card and not a shipping issue. She went on to rudely tell me that I was using one billing address in a separate shipping address. I told her that my grandmother is 80 years old I ship stuff to her all the time and have the Bill sent to my house, and that we Wasted 2 to 3 days where we could have been shopping for a dress as opposed to sitting home waiting on a dress to come in the mail. I also Told her that my gram is not some 20 year old that can pop up and go out and find a dress at the drop of dime most of her things are delivered to her house. I tow her to send a pair of shoes, a purse and a wig, was ridiculous when the main item was the dress everything else was just an accessory and really was not needed. I told her that we will be returning all the items and then she informed me that per the refund policy it was going to cost $8. Why should I have to pay to return accessories for a navy blue dress we didn't get and have to pay $39 for expedited shipping to end up with NOTHING! After raising my voice she offered me a 12.99 credit, the difference between standard and expedited shipping.
coat
Ordered coat for $169.99 plus S&H ($192.28) - received and it didn't fit. Called Cust Svc and was told I'd be doing an exchange for the next size up and to send back the original coat with return label provided. Rec'd the replacement coat and it fit perfect. However, the charge to my credit card was for a total of $202.28. When the credit for the original coat hit my card it was for only 161.00 (8.99 less than the actual cost of the coat). Called to see why and was told there was never an exchange processed but, instead, a new order, and thus S&H were not credited and the $8.99 was a SmartPost fee. If Cust Svc had informed me of this when I called to look into the exchange, I would've just returned the coat and moved on to a more reputable company. Clearly, this company is big on the "Bait N Switch" scam and I will make it a point to further file a complaint with the BBB regarding this issue.

I ordered 3 times on December 19th and they arrived today, December 28th, 2017. Tried everything on but the shoes were to big. I ordered the size that I normally order but they just flopped on my feet. Have a promotional of deferred billing and decided to call customer service to find out what would be best so that I could keep the promo. I am glad I did. I just wanted to get a pair a half to one size smaller so that I could comfortably wear the shoes. I was told that they would not exchange or refund because of them being a final sale. Really! After reading complaints about this establishment I am glad that I didn't send them back. They are like thieves. If I had ordered another pair and sent those back with no refund, I would really have been upset. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and check on wherever I can complain. I have a pair of shoes that I either have to give away or ? what. I will never order or even visit the website again and will tell any other lady I know not to order from Especially Yours. I am a Pastor and I do know a lot of people.

On November 1, 2017 I spoke with a representative about an order that was placed and she informed that the order could not be approved due to I used a debit card and not a credit card. I then informed her that this was not my first time ordering and I used this same card before for deferred payment. I then told her to cancel the order as well as everything else that I signed up for. On December 11, 2017 my bank account was charged $14.95 for this platinum account. I called and spoke with another representative who informed me that she could not remove the charge. I explained everything to her and still was not credited the $14.95. I would like to have this charge immediately added back to my account.

I brought a pair of shoes they said it was a final sale items. No one explained that to me, I got a post card stating that they gave the shoes to a charity in my name. I called customer service and spoke to 3 different levels of people who couldn't help me. I was on the call for 32 minutes and 58 seconds. At this point I was wondering when was some customers service was going to kick in. The last person I spoke to was Adrienne Reed who was the supervisor over the others. She did even help so hear I am on this site telling my experience with a company I have been dealing with for years. And we talking 20 bucks. Smh. I'll probably never deal with them again.

I order a dress and it was ill-fitting. So I sent it back with explanation asked for a fair exchange. I waited for about two weeks for a return of new order, however I received a card in the mail it read. Items you returned to us were received after period expired ( I mailed return package the next day ) they were final sale items and are not eligible for refund.
In all the years I have ordered from other company I had never heard of such a policy. How in America can some company feel justified in stealing your money and sending you a sorry apology . Please don't purchase anything from this sorry company.

I was very disappointed with your business establishment. I was not satisfied with the wigs that I purchased from Especially Yours and I decided to return the items. The representative explained that I will be able to return all items. I returned the items with the tags still attached in a timely matter in order for the wigs to get there. After waiting for weeks to receive a confirmation, I decided to call. The customer service representative rudely said I would not receive a refund for 1 of the wigs and she would returned the wig for an extra shipment cost. All of the wigs were shipped back at the same time. If I received credit for the others than I should have received credit for all. I have several friends who order from your business and we are not pleased with the way you handle business. I would kindly appreciate if your business would refund the amount owed to me for the wig I returned with the tag still attached.

I ordered five items and all of them were completely different than in the pictures. That's so frustrating to realize when you see you spent money on something you didn't want. 3 out of my items were in different colors, the two others were 2 sizes more than my actual size and what I ordered. Everything is bad, there is nothing not to complain about.
Wrong, cheap and useless. Be careful dealing with them.

I placed an order on August 8, 2017 and had funds available for the purchase; which I thought the funds were taken out of my account at that time. Unfortunately the item was on back order, therefore the funds were not taken out. I called to check on the order around the end of August and was told at that time that the item was on back order. I received an email stating that my credit card was declined and the order was cancelled. On September 12, 2017 around 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, I called and spoke with a very rude and impatient customer representative. She actually abruptly discontinued the call and hung up on me, as I was trying to give her the credit card information for the new purchase. In all my years of ordering from your company, this was the first time I was treated so poorly, to the point that I feel compelled to complain. phones numbers do not work
I tried both customer service numbers and each time it said I was being connected to a live agent and the line would disconnect. I have tried several times, going thru each prompt and every time the line disconnects. I have emailed them and am waiting to hear from them. I needed to cancel an order. This is very poor customer service for this company. I will not be recommending them to any of my clients.

I am very disappointed with the suit I received from especially yours. I call to return the suit because it was not the suit I ordered and the size was too big. They told me I could not return because it was a final sale item. So I went back to the web to check the dress but could not find the dress they send me so I could see how much the dress cost but did not see the suit so I call because I could not pull up the item # so they tell me it's been taken off the web and I am able to pull up my order on their web site which say all orders that was ordered. I've purchased a suit from www.especiallyyours.com and the one arrived was way too small. This was my first time ordering from so I had no idea what to expect.
I contacted EspeciallyYours and asked for a replacement for a bigger size and they said that it was the last size they had so replacement was not possible. Then I asked for a refund but they refused and suggested me to keep the suit. No matter how hard I've tried I wasn't able to get any reasonable explanation. Very disappointed with EspeciallyYours.

I bought a skirt suit from Especially Yours. It was of a poor quality. I returned it the next day using the return addressed label sent by the company. There was nothing in the package saying it was non returnable. In fact there were tags on the clothing which state that tags were not to be removed if item was to be returned. The item was returned well within the 30 days limit. Especially Yours, instead of sending me a refund, sent a postcard that says that the returned item was donated to " Charity". I called and spoke to a supervisor who could not give me the Name of the Charity or its tax ID. Especially Yours is running a scam and should not be allowed to get away with it.

This company holds on to your refund in order to get interest before issuing the checks to the customers. I returned items in early April and after several weeks I called to check the status on May 23, 2016. The service rep indicated that they had received the item in late April. She stated they would issue the refund. On June 3 I called again and first got the automated system stating the check had been sent. Later that day I called and spoke with a "human" who could find no record of the order, the return or the refund check. I requested to speak with a supervisor and was put on hold for 10 before I had to terminate the call. On June 7 I got a Mr. Henry, who after checking indicated they had not issued the order for the refund, but he would do so. I again asked for a supervisor and got Carolyn Davis. She indicated that the request for the refund had not been issued in May but would make sure it was done today. I was told the check would be mailed in a "batch" on June 17 at the earliest. Moreover, I should call back on or about June 17 to get an exact date of when the check would be mailed. I am not calling back but I am going to see if I can find a lawyer if my money is not here on June 23rd. DO NOT deal with these folks- they are crooks in my opinion.
Did not receive order
Nothing was ever delivered and these guys still have my money and it seems like they decided to keep it. Decided to order from EspeciallyYours because they had really nice prices and that's what fooled me. Paid for my order but did not get a tracking number and there was also no payment confirmation. Waited for weeks and when I wanted to get some information regarding my order no one replied! I do not recommend EspeciallyYours, not a trustworthy company.
