On November 2nd I logged in my Evony account and saw that over 2.1 million gems from my account were gone and I had 0 showing.I saw an in game mail accusing me of fradulent activity and purchases and for that reason the gems I had about $1,000 in value have been removed(as of now that customer support mail has been removed from my messages by customer support).I have opened a ticket and also sent email to customer support asking what transactions they were talking about and I offered to show them proof of every in game transactions I made that would prove it was done using my credit cards, paypal,Amazon coins.In one of the emails I received they asked me what do I think triggered my account to be flagged.Really?How do I supposed to know.After they said they will investigate next thing I see is that my ticket wad closed without any follow up or resolution and I received an email saying that my gems will not be returned until I pay back money I owned to Evony, again no ammount, no proof no transaction mentioned as it will show in the screen shots I attach.

Desired outcome: Return of over 2.1 million gems stolen by customer support from my account and an appology.
