Evony review: Game/account

I started playing Evony about one year ago. I joined an alliance and made great friends. there’s a bully on the server that decided that our alliance was becoming too strong and reported several of us for having bots. so a little background story on me I’m the least likely to be able to do anything electronic with my phone. I couldn’t possibly have a bot, I don’t understand until my husband explained it to me. I’m one of the strong voices on the game. She saw me and several others as threats. I don’t blame this as much as I blame Evony we doing kind of investigation. They could see that I was a real person, and my account was not a bot and didn’t use bots. my husband only started playing because I asked him to. Every time I message customer support they told me my account banned for TOS and when I ask, what did I do they say I was running bots and then I say I can’t run bots I have proof I put money into the game and then they say well, it may be bots, but your account banned. it’s ridiculous. It’s a game and someone can take my money for playing their game without any proof, so not only am I the one who can be taken advantage of, but this can be for anyone. Evony can decide to ban anyone’s account without any reason, and any proof to show. Unacceptable and it’s bad business. I miss my friends on the game and I want my account back. My husband still has his account but he would never put another dime in the game. He hasn’t even played since my account was banned. It’s sad because we made a family game out of it.
