eWatches.com fraud happen with the watch ordered

I have ordered the watch from Ewatches through online and they delivered the different watches worth Rs 50/- and took Rupees 1799/- which is completely fraud as they are showing different watch on their website and after placing ordered they delivered different watch.

People are trusting the brand and placing ordered but if this is the case then you will loose the cust day by day instead provide good services and adhere to the product so definitely u will earn more than u are earning by fraud.

Would request you to kindly look into this matter and refund my money or else delivered the same product which I ordered.

eWatches.com Repairs/replacements/refunds

I have an Invicta 22250 watch purchased from eWatches.com in October. The crystal has failed water has gotten into the case. I have submitted 2 requests for replacement/refund with no response. The phone number for ewatches does not work. The recording says they are closed.
In this crazy world of ewatches I have logged into my account to request a return. When I click on My Orders, nothing appears even though I have purchased two watches from them. The website has quit working. You cannot search for watches anymore. My browser reports the website is not secure.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM SITE!

Yes it would seem swatches.com is out of business- it's shame I got few good deals there!

eWatches.com Bad customer service / defective watch shipped

I purchased a womens toywatch pave wristwatch. When I received the watch it seemed to be new with the exception of a scratched clasp. However I chose to ignore the scratch because with normal wear and tear it would be scratched eventually. I wore the watch 7 times for only a few hours. It seemed to lose time a bit. Then the last time I wore it the big hand spun loosely in a circle. I called them and they gave me an RMA number and I sent it back. They have had my watch nearly 4 weeks and they are giving me the run around. Customer service says its in repairs and I am responsible for paying for repaid. I go round and round with them saying absolutely NOT will I be paying for repairs. They sent defective watch. That was resolved. Just spoke with customer service rep about status of repairs and she could give me no other info except it was isn repairs and could take up to 8 weeks to repair. They've already had it 4 weeks. What's the hold up? Impressed her to speak with supervisor and she hung up on me. I called back and after ANOTHER 10 minute hold a customer service rep answered saying their system was down and would have to call me back. I asked for supervisor and surprise...she's at lunch. The better business burrow should SHUT THIS BUSINESS DOWN IMMEDIATELY! They are a fraud. Claim to sell NEW watches when in fact their defective. They have very rude customer service representatives as well. DO NOT BUY FROM EWATCHES.COM.

eWatches.com Awful customer service, no watch

Please do not use this website. I ordered a watch on 11/27/13. I planned on this item being a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. The watch I ordered was a black stainless steel Armani watch. Initially the order shipped in about 8 days, which i would have been fine with. However, the product was incorrect. The face of the watch was as advertised but the band was a rubber material instead of stainless steel. This was not what I ordered and not anything I would be interested in purchasing. The black stainless steel band is what drew me to the watch I selected. Getting in touch with customer service was NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE. I called multiple times, would sit on hold for 20+ minutes only to be disconnected. I emailed the recommended customer service email addresses and never received a response. Sometimes I got in touch with people from calling Ewatches 800 number but they claimed they were just a "hired answering service" and they could not help me with my order. After endless calls and plenty of stress someone sent me a return label and asked me to mail the watch back and guaranteed I would have it in time for Xmas. I asked for her last name and direct line and she would not give it to me. Her name was Natalie C and she was very rude. I explained how I had a hard time getting in touch with anyone and she had no reasoning and just didn't care. I sent the watch back that day and wished for the best. Weeks went by. I tried checking on the order constantly. No one would get back with me. The rare event I got someone on the phone they claimed the department they were in could not help me. I felt ROBBED and HELPLESS. In the end I needed to call my bank and they refunded me my money. Ewatches never sent me back the watch nor contacted me with any information regarding my order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ewatches and World of watches (same company) are the worst online companies I've ever experienced. The amount of stress and worry from this order was endless. My boyfriend never got the watch for Christmas and I felt horrible. I had to go buy one last minute Xmas eve. As for ewatches, I'm still waiting for my apology and my watch.

While the watch I ordered was a great price and it is a nice watch, it was not worth the discount as now my email inbox is constantly under siege with watch offers for other companies.

eWatches.com Items not delivered and amount not refunded

I ordered three watches from www.ewatches.com through e-shopping. The product codes and prices are as below:
1 - [FS4734] - $78.50
2 - [AM4404] - $71.99
3 - [ES3180] - $97.50
They cancelled my order number 3, saying that the prices have increased due to high demand. Why was I penalized if the price increased after my order was accepted ? They returned my amount back for this.
The other two watches (order 2 and 3) were supposed to be delivered in a few days, but it took far longer than that. Rather, I did not receive the order at all. I asked ewatches to cancel my order multiple times, but did not get the refund ($78.50+$71.99) back.
I called their customer support number and no one picked up the call and it was routed to automated voicemails. I had to pay significant amount for the calls as I am calling from India.
I have been pissed off by these people and would request you support to get my refund back. My mobile number in India is +91-[protected], +91-[protected].

eWatches.com Bad service

I purchased a Seiko perpetual calendar watch for $159.00 with FREE SHIPPING online from ewatches.com on July 23, 2008. Being a first time buyer to purchase a watch online, I did a little investigation (i.e. Better Business Bureau, BBB, online reviews, etc) of Fusion Holdings, LLC who owns ewatches.com and thetimezone.com and the company looked good.

When I received my $159.00 Seiko perpetual calendar watch, the watch was not ticking/working, which was DEFECTIVE. Due to the defected watch, I requested for the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and followed all their return policy procedures on the SAME DAY that I received the watch.

I did not receive the RMA after filing their online RMA request form and had to write and call them AGAIN to request for a RMA for the defective Seiko watch to return to them. After they received their defected watch, they wrote to me stating it will take FIVE (5) DAYS to refund to my credit card account, but nothing happened AFTER 5 days. So I had to write to them AGAIN, that I have not received my refund and one of their employee, RAYLENE writes back stating that their accountant is out of town and will SEE if she can do it (FYI: not like I have been waiting over week for my refund). So I wait patiently.

Finally, the accountant NIKI from The Time Zone writes back to me to let me know that I have been credited for the Seiko watch, which she breaks it down in her email that my purchase of the Seiko watch was $159.00 and MINUS SHIPPING cost, which I only get REFUNDED TOTAL of $151.05. WAIT, there must be a MISTAKE here when I first purchased the Seiko perpetual calendar watch it was $159.00 (FYI: checked my credit card account, charged $159.00 from Fusion Holdings, LLC) with FREE SHIPPING, which is stated all over their website and never being charged for ANY SHIPPING in the first place.

I double checked their return policy and wrote to them to explain that I should have been REFUNDED $159.00 of total value of the DEFECTIVE watch and there was NO shipping cost involved in the transaction. It has been almost TWO WEEKS and I still have not heard from them.

PS-I bought my watch at a local Seiko dealer where I can SEE it to make sure it is working and not having to deal with waiting for a simple refund where most reputable business can do easily. Bought the watch locally and gave it as a birthday day gift and he loves it.

UPDATE (8/21/2008)

I would like to update my complaint that Fusion Holdings, LLC did credited back my remaining balance for the defective watch to my credit card account on 8/18/2008 AFTER FUSION HOLDINGS NOTICED MY COMPLAINT ONLINE.
