On Monday January 6, 2025 a contractor for Express Flooring started to remove old carpet and lay a new laminate floor. The agreement was for 3 days and he would move all the heavy furniture. The installer was here for four days total and left nails and debris on the floor when he was ddone. There were nails sticking out of the base boards (even after asking him to address them). Uneven gaps between the floor boards, loose floor boards and a foot long scratch on the new floor.
Desired outcome: Have someone replace the scratched flooring and attached the floor boards back to the way they were before he took them off to install the new floor.
