Facebook sm hypermarket clark customer service

To Whom It may concern:

I am a PWD regular customer of SM Clark. I think most of the staff knows me because this is my second home. I dine, I shop, I stroll around.

I do my groceries at the Hypermarket. Since I am a PWD, I use to leave my groceries at the package counter together with the package number, and would just tell them that my daughter will pick it up after her work. Then, the time comes that the package counter boy doesn't want me to leave the number because his superiors ordered him not to do that but suggested to leave with the customer service. For about 2-3 times, I have been doing that, but on Monday, September 17, I have a terrible experience because they kept me waiting for an hour and so,, just for a person whom they told me must approve first so that I may leave the number and that this person is on a break. I even told them that I have an appointment with my doctor. Since I am becoming too late for my doctor's appointment and thinking that I have the number, I am confident that the package will be safe. I decided to tell them that, "bukas na lang ito makukuha." (Next day, my daughter went out late from her work and having heavy rains, I instructed her to get the package on the next day.)

Wednesday, September 19, my daughter claimed the package. She communicated with me, asked for the content and that she has been waiting for a long time. The store was almost closing, she asked me to call her. She told me that she was informed that they are getting all the stuffs that I have already bought from the shelves because they have brought it back on its place. Even my daughter who doesn't actually likes confrontations like this had asked them, why they should do that since this is already considered a personal belonging because it has been paid? They replied, "It's a rule." Finally, they could not give all the items I bought such as the granola, etc. because there was no stocks. They gave my daughter the same number and instructed her that I can just show it to them to get other items from the store. A blessing in disguise, since the store was closing because if not, they might have just asked my daughter to get any item in exchange.

Please take note:
1. I am a PWD sick of multiple Sclerosis but was treated this way that even with the healthy normal person will be stressed out.
2. My energy and effort of doing the chores was just wasted. Not to mention the transportation expense and the time wasted instead of attending to my work and earn money online.
3. I missed my neurologist doctor appointment where I should have gotten a clearance required by my gastroenterologist for an endo-colonoscopy procedure. This would also mean I cannot submit the next day's appointment with my gastroenterologist... and that's what had happened.

I am very furious that I can't help it but to cry in frustrations. This might be nothing for you but this makes me feel abused and had really makes me sick.
Please, will somebody enlighten me? I need your help!

To SM Hypermarket Clark:
Please define customer service. You are the ones who gave me a very hard time instead of helping me. I will not make any effort such as this if I didn't get hurt.
You have to do something about this SM Hypemarket, Clark!

Facebook account creation

My old account was hacked so u created a new one and then it got disabled before I even used it. Then the new one gets shut down for verify identity.

Now I am trans and I am feeling targeted because of that. Since once I I have started the trans formation I have been picked on and shut down alec. As such I was just hacked hella and that why I am trying to make a new account. Now I'm done with this [censored] harrassment i have opened a court case against you for discrimination and harrassment for the inability to open or keep open a Facebook account. I will have my attorney get ahold of u to discuss this.atter further with a news crew filming it for the evening report.

I am laughing AT you. Here's why:

Out of all of the millions, possibly billions of people, that have a Facebook account, they decided to target someone in Lacey frickin Washington, because you are trans? Give me a break! Just verify your account, and move on.

Unless you can prove, without a shadow of a doubt, that FB targeted you specifically, because you are trans, you have no case, and are just wasting the court's time. Get a life. Verify your account and move on.

Tons of people have been asked to verify their accounts on FB. You got hacked... now they want you to verify your account. Where is the discrimination?

Facebook puppies

Beware of this puppy mill! Hartland's puppies - monique hart - they breed and sell dogs with genetic seborrhea and malassezia yeast infections both of which are not curable!
Go ahead and ask this breeder about her health guarantee, she will tell you..."state law says the puppy only has to stay alive for 5 days"!
I was a fool to go ahead with the purchase just because my mother fell in love with the puppy's markings since it looked just like the one she lost, now we are left shelling out tons of money at the vet and for special dog food that runs $95 for a 12 lb bag!
This is an unlicensed kennel trying to fly under the radar so they can profit off these dogs at the cost of our hearts!
This puppy was not even seen by a vet, they had no expense poured into these dogs what so ever, pure puppy mill right here folks! Keep your money in your pocket and continue your puppy search. Whatever you do, do not buy from monique hart in burlington kansas - aka - hartland's puppies. This exact same unlicensed kennel also runs by the name flint hill labradors - brandon hart

Facebook primary eye care, p.a. - dr. jacqueline henriquez

I wrote a review on the primary eye care, p.a. public facebook page describing my experience while in their office for an appointment the week prior. a representative of the company responded to my complaint on facebook publicly detailing specifics about my health coverage and benefits. I feel this is a violation of the hippa privacy rule as this company did not protect my personal health information that applies to my health plan.
Please note, in my review a did write about my health coverage and benefits, but I have that right. this company did not have my consent to publicly post about my personal health benefits on social media. facebook is not a "covered entity" to which I gave my consent to display my personal health information by a trusted medical provider.

I'm not sure whether this is a genuine review. It looks like an educated insider pretending to be a half-educated relative of a client, or else, someone with good English faking bad English. (Pardon me if I've got it wrong.) However, I have been to Dr Jayasinghe myself, and am satsified with his work.

Facebook unreal hotel pictures on booking.com, payment not recieved

We made reservation before our vacation via booking.com with no refund, 2 nights stay: payed all money. But when we saw the photos at other web sites(like trip advisor) we had doubt and called hotel in 24 hours to ask if the photos of the rooms and the beach are belong to hotel. They said that the photos on booking.com are their another propertie's photos. Then we said that we want to cancel our reservation and staff on the phone said it won't be a problem, she said they will pay the money back and asked us our bank account number to pay back. We waited about 3 days but there was no refund at our bank account. Then we called hotel when we were in Halkidiki and asked them what about our refund and they said they won't pay our money back. They were still agree with us about the photos on booking.com are not the real ones but insisted on to keep our money. We explained the situation gently, reminded them they promised us to pay back but they rejected to pay our money back. If they would tell us beforehand that they won't make any refund, maybe we would think about another solution. But at first step they took our money, secondly they sold the same room to another customer. There are many beautiful hotels in Sithonia and Kassandra like 2 hotels we stayed during our vacation. Hotel Astri's photos are unreal on booking.com

Facebook animalrescuesite

I was seeing sandals advertised for 27.95 for a non-profit site. When I tried to order a pair I was sent to another page to create an account and enter my credit card info, which I did. There was no shopping cart or saved selections so I went to their site Animalrescuesite.org. They are on their site for 40.95 not the 27.95 that was advertised on Facebook and they now have my credit card info. I searched Facebook for them again but did not find them.

Facebook thief / fraud

To all friends and associates of this woman Hilda Ramos who lives in London, UK - I need you to be aware of who and what she really is so that you can take care in any kind of relationship you have with her - and especially anything involving money because this woman is a thief

A couple of years ago I lent this woman 2k - I did not know her personally - she was a friend of a friend of my wifes (also a Filipino) As all Filipinos know, there is a money lending system out there in the community whereby you lent from people at a small interest rate rather than go to the bank

I did not really want to get involved with this but my wife insisted it would be ok. Therefore I lent her the money and she agreed to pay back (via cheque) at the cost of £200 a month until the debt was paid back

All was fine until we got down to £1200. I took one of her cheques to the bank and the teller told me that they couldn't accept it because the amount was scribbled and not written properly (neither would the machine accept it) what I did then was alter the amount myself so that the 0 looked like a 0 and not a scribble - I then put the cheque in as normal. Perhaps I shouldn't have done that but I didnt see any problem with it at the time

Anyway - the cheque bounced. She then accused my wife of 'forging' her cheque! My wife told her to not be so silly. She then proceeded to tell us that she would no longer be paying the money back (she obviously used this as an excuse)

I rang and texted her asking her what the problem was and would she please pay back what she owed - no reply. I eventually wrote to her at her address and wrote to her husband and son at the same time telling them what she was doing. Her response to this was to go to the police! I had a phone call from the police at Paddington questioning me about it while she was present. They put me on the phone to her and she agreed that she would pay back what she owed - but at only £50 a month - and that she wouldn't be paying the interest (£400) just the bare £800 left from what she owed me

So anyway - she made 3 payments of £50 a month (each time very reluctantly and after many texts and phone calls persuading her to pay) and then they suddenly stopped. Now she no longer answers texts or phone calls and its obvious that she has no intention of paying me back

I have heard since from other associates of my wife that this is not the first time she has lent money from people and then refused to pay it back. Therefore I am writing this to make you all aware of what this woman is and to warn you not to get involved with her in any shape or form - she is a scammer - a rip off merchant. If you are her employer - I would also be very careful around her.

Whats funny about it is that she is a church-goer! a committed Christian! how funny is that? a committed Christian who goes to church to pray to god but doesn't mind ripping off hard-working people who lend her money in good faith? Whats funny also is that she is always flaunting and showing off her property in the Phillipines on facebook - but she doesn't want to pay back her debt, even at the agreed £50 a month. All she had to do was pay back what she owed me and none of this would be necessary - but this shows you what kind of woman she really is

she thinks she has got away with doing this to me but I have a very long memory and her day will come one way or another. Hilda Ramos - you are a disgusting, deceitful woman who should be ashamed of herself - as for anyone who considers her a friend - I would think again if I was you - and never, ever get involved with her financially. And prospective employers - be very careful. This woman is a thief

Facebook deceptive fraudulent practices selling mattresses

We live in a rural area in AZ Parker, AZ. This company was advertising on Facebook Garage Sales that they were going to be in town on May 11 our daughter called me to tell me as she knew we needed a new mattress. They advertised that they were selling new name brand mattresses for low prices. We called and told them we needed an orthopedic bed and they said no problem they had a very good one for $749.00 plus tax and removal of old mattress for a total of $841.04. Well they came with it the next day we paid in cash I asked for a receipt and the man (Phil) said he was all out but wrote up a receipt on a piece of paper and put their address as 4345 Hwy 95, Mohave, AZ. and within a week my partner was unable to get out of it. It sinks to the running board of the bed. We have been scammed. I called immediately [protected] asking for them to come and pick up the bed and return our money. They said they we would look into but we never heard from them again. I was embarrassed that we would fall for this. My daughter-in-law was visiting over Memorial Weekend and I finally told her and she called them immediately. They answered and said they would get back to her in 2 hours. We haven't heard back and have called several times and messengered them on Facebook and text messaged no response. I posted on their Facebook page to call me but they just deleted my posts. They have now removed all reference to their names (Phil Rebeaud and Debbie). He even deleted his Facebook page. They are still advertising their phone number.

Why in the world would you send money to someone you don’t know. And if you sent money to pch, because they said you’re a winner, but send money to get your winnings, you are way to gullible! I’m sorry...you must be pretty young, because this is one of the oldest scams ever! Most people know...you DO NOT have to pay..to see winners. Beware...because you may get a phone call someday..this scam says you have won a trip to Disney world..but it will cost you 300$..to get tickets and all your stuff for this vacation. DONT fall for this either! Never pay for information!

Facebook unethical behavior/unfinished work despite collecting all money

I had this Stephen Houser from Houser Designs come to my place to do some work and although he collected all of the money, he moved (without telling me) and did not finish the project, as well as leaving the wood material from the first part of the project on the ground. When initially contacting him, he said on multiple occasions that an employee that is still working for him would come and finish the project, however, that individual has not been seen yet. I asked for a direct number of this mystery individual several times and was denied. I simply asked for a $200 reimbursement for the portion of the $1300 project he did not finish that I already paid (I received numerous quotes above $400 for the work that still needs to be completed) and he said no and stopped replying to me. So now I have to figure out a way to get this finished while dealing with some pretty intensive health issues that require a walker/wheelchair and working with the association on a new time line before being charged (which Stephen if fully aware of).

Facebook bamboo mattress

I purchased a 'new' mattress about 4 months ago from Mountain High Mattress in Flagstaff, AZ. I paid over $500 for the mattress and the box spring.
About a month ago I noticed that the mattress is caving in on the site I sleep on. Also, there are no tags at all on the mattress. I am unable to turn the mattress over because the other side has hard springs. I feel I have been scammed. I don't believe this is a new mattress at all.
I had back surgery January, 10 2028 and needed the new mattress.. I saved my money for 6 months to purchase it.

This company will not even reply to my texts or calls. I requested a 'bamboo' mattress because I am unable to tolerate the chemicals in most mattresses. I can place a ball on the mattress and it literally rolls down hill.

I want to request a full refund from this company as I believe them to fraudulent and not trustworthy.

Please advise.

Thanks,
Marie Snow

Facebook advert feed scam

Dear Sir/Madam,

I believe I have been scammed out of approximately £84, due to following up an advert, which appeared on my Facebook page, for a website selling Fuji cameras.

The website is as follows:

sthalele.store/page_3.html

As Facebook is your domain, and you manage this, I don't choose which adverts for companies are shown, I would like you to follow this through, and reimburse me payments which I made for purchases from this advertised website. I can produce bank statements to show payments made to this scam website.

Looking forward to your support and reply.

Kind Regards

Patrick

Facebook possible scam

A friend, Roxanne Ellis, supposedly messaged me today, excited that she was a winner in some Facebook Promo. She gave me an email, [protected]@gmail.com, to see if I was on the list too. I contacted the email but there are some inconsistencies in the response, and I suspect this is a fraud scheme. They have my facebook name and an email (not the email I use for facebook), and I am afraid they will try to hack or impersonate my account. Please advise asap. Waldo Liccardi
