How has FB shown poor customer service? I've never had to interact with their CSRs and am curious what others have gone through to need to speak with them.

I've got news for ya, the BBB does absolutely jack [censored].

It's free anyway; if you don't like it, delete your profile & go back to myspace.

Facebook is a free service. Kind of odd to complain about a service you pay no money to use. Just don't use it.

1) Facebook has NO customer service.

2) The ARE making money off of everyone who uses the site. The method are the "flash ads" or whatever they're called, usually on the right-hand side.

3) Those who are saying "it's free, you are not paying, how is this even a 'customer service' issue" are missing a graver issue. While I am an otherwise "happy user" of Facebook, a female friend of mine has been the subject of bullying (we all know from the national news how serious this is) and a relative of my former in-laws, with a severe behavioral issue, is posting private information and personal, non FB emails, on Facebook. Put that together with the fact that Facebook is making money, however they're doing it, and you have one of the most unacceptable examples of a company operating with huge potential problems, and having zero accountability.

We all need to report ace Book. They are constantly going down right in the middle of you doing something on Face Book. They have issues with false accounts being created in your name. You would think as many businesses and government agencies that list themselves on Face Book some of them could do something about their issues. If this were a television or radio channel they would have done been shut down.

I completely agree. I was/still am being abused on Facebook by an old "friend". I have deleted him as a friend on FB and also blocked him but he continues to target me AND my sister through gross comments and all of our mutual friends see this. It is embarrassing and it is also libel. I cannot afford a lawyer and I have reported his comments over and over again to the point where they blocked me from being able to report it. It has been up on his page for over a week now and no one has contacted me. I even reported it through the "Suggestion box" to no avail. They have TERRIBLE "Customer Service" and I am VERY upset by this. They have exorbitant amounts of money and can afford customer service teams! I attached an example of "what I have gone through to need to speak with them."

I absolutly hate chain messages. Just the other day I was in one that had 635 people in it. My phone went balistic! Around 70 people deleted their Facebook because of that.
Congrats Mark Zuckerberg, Wish I were as AWESOME as you!

Did not know that there were so many problems associated with Facebook. You're right about the customer service...there isn't any. If any problem arises that is not addressed under their menu, then you're just out of luck. You can't reach them. I finally just deleted them and am moving on. Facebook is a fraud. "Farcebook"

I woke up and I had 2209 facebook credits and I immediately knew I had a problem. I did not order any credits nor would I ever. I called my credit card and sure enough. They had wiped my account clean. $219.00 was taken from my credit card. I still have not heard from anyone and I still do not have my money back. I am so upset. When I filed the complaint they asked if I wanted to go on one of the judge shows to have my complaint heard on t.v. Now that I have read all of your complaints I wish I had said yes. Just so facebook would have had to face the public with what they are doing. I hope the best for all of you and I sympathize with your problems. I hope we can all get our problems resolved soon.

It isn't facebook's fault that your credit card was used fraudulently. That's probably why you haven't heard from anyone. As two people above me said, contest the charge with your credit card company - which is what you should do with any fraudulent charge. If worst comes to worst, and it might be the safest option, get a new card number.
