Im not sure if this is the right site i should be in ? If not perhaps you could lead me in the right direction? My exwife has joined my son onto Face Book. He is only 13yrs old and i dont know much about Face Book only that you are suppose to be 18yrs and over. Which i only now discovered. I was a bit concerned about the things that were mentioned on this face book and really concerned about messages that were really unapropriate for someone of my childs age or even an adult for that matter! So my son and i decided to try and cancel the account only to find out that only she new all the details and passwords on the acount leaving us helpless to do anything. Nexted minute i recieve an email from my sons account confirming that i am kristians mother and i was responsible for signing him up to it. And becouse my son and i cant excess the account without passwords and other details we are helpless in being able to access anything or even knowing whats going on now with his account. Leaving me resposible for any illegal activities that may occure on this account. Surley there must be something i can do to cancell this account and all activitise made on it. I just dont know what ? Hopefully u can help.All i know of his account is that the account name is kristian@arteology.com.au and his profile name is crissrocks and she is now under Anny Seed or her real name Lisa Kathleen Dunn on face book. If you can help in any way i would greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

u need to fix things in farmville like the animals in the nursrey barn not growing up and the game always going out of sync with the server im upset about it and so are alot of other people

I recently purchased a farm cash from facebook it was 10 dollars.onco i check my balance on my credit card you had taken an additional 40 dolars of my credit card account i also have a 1 dollare charge pending!I'm a loyal customer and need fast response this has put me behind in my bills.I thought you were a repatable company that served the people.any nquick response would be greatly appreciated.I have a family we all have accounts with you and are very dissapointed.I had to explain to my daughter why i couldnt pay for her cheerleading.Please be repable enough to fix your mistake totaling 41 dollars.Thanks for your time and consideration.bradleybohnert@ymail.com

I have been with face book for 3 years, the only thing I can think of is if you know the email address the account was set on use the "forgot password" function. Once they send you a confirmation email the link included will access your account. You can also change your passwords after that. If you also know the email address you can pull notifications reported (if the function is not turned off) and gain access that way to. For your child's sake I hope that helps good luck, anything further I can assist with in this matter contact me.

I meant to purchase $40.00 in facebook credits and i accidentally purchased $400.00 and that overdrew my bank account
and I am unable to find the right avenue to get the $400.00 refunded. It looks like facebook has horrible customer service
so I will have to go to the bank to dispute this.

Just purchase farmville $- where the hell r they- call the phone# got the C.facebook.com.credit- ok people need a live person to talk to here. Never had a problem. until now- what up.You know if you don't get better at this we r all going to buy games cards- so that will cut u out. I paid and now it your turn . where r my farm $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

i HAVE BEEN USING FACEBOOK FOR SEVERAL MONTHS NOW AND I LONGED ON TO PLAY VIDEO BINGO AND WHEN I DID THE BALANCE YESTERDAY WAS AROUND 90, 000.00 NOW IS IS 4, 00.00 WHAT IS THE PROBLEM AND HOW CAN IT BE RESOLVED ...I LIKE PLAYING THE GAME BUT I DON'T LIKE LOOSING THE POINT OR WHATEVER THEY ARE CALLED.

why is it you cant remove your credit card after you use it on facebook.i tried a few times to take it out.but it said we can not delete this card.this is not right.i love your site.but dont want to leave my card on there.i should be able to buy something with my card and than remove it if i want to.i hope you can tell me how to take the card off your site.thank you very much for your time.joe stone

Today i went to my bank to get my money, only to be informed i have none...It was taking out on the facebook site...Now the only one i have played recently is the Gardens of Time, and i did show my daughter-in-law how it was played on Saturday, June 18th...she thought it was very intersting as do i...she wanted to know how to get the gold bars, and i did show her and she commented to me if she had the money, she would buy me some...but my money is very limited, and i can only do a FB maybe once a month, so i did alot of construction and looked and i had over 200 gold bars...and was very happy...Only to find out today it was taken out of my money in my bank...she watched me play and saw i had built alot of things and did not buy any gold bars...I was informed today i was not the only person that had been taken advantage of...others had the same problem at the Chase bank...I had no intention of buying any of the bars, and it does not fit my budget this month...Please inform me as to what i need to do to get a refund...i will not be purchasing anything in the furture if it is not refunded to me...I can be reached at alder.judy@yahoo.com...Thank You!

Well today is Wednesday and i can see you are ignoring me and after reading all of the complaints i can see i am not the only one with the same problem...You took money out of m account and i have a witness that i was showing how to play the game...I will continue to play the Gardens of Time...but you will not get another dime from me...I will close that account down and open another one, you people cannot be trusted and i wonder what the channel 13 news would have to say about this? I am sure i can get enough people to complain as reading the above accounts...maybe the Better Buisness...There is someone out there that will listen to me, as you sit there and cheat people like myself out of money...Thanks for nothing! My First Premier credit card was ACCIDENTALLY hit for $200 on 8/3/2011. Like I said this was an ACCIDENT and none of it has been used to play games. Please reverse this charge as soon as possible as I cannot afford to pay this! Furthermore, I do not even play Bingo on FB, I play Slotomania. Please reverse this charge ASAP! THANK YOU!

i have looked everywhere where i can complain about my gnome town game which i have spent a numerous amount of money on. this seems to be the only place to make a complaint about my game the gaming screen is stuck and i am unable to drag my garden in the directions i want it to move. this has being the issue for the past 5 days now and i really would like someone somewhere to fix this problem or i will take father action to a main customers services who will understand my anger at spending money on a game that is unplayable. thank you mrs harrington. please help me!

hello face book I am complaining about money that was taken out of my debit card that was part of my rent, what am i going to tell the office, you took 99$ then 3$ and the 1$ here and there what is going on once i paid for farmville 5$ and now you think you can just take my money I'm not rich, can you please put my money back in my debit account, as soon as passable, you know face book is great but not when you take people's money you'll end up making a bad name for yourself, from face book to bad book. please let me know when you are putting my money back i hope it's real soon.
