Dear Complaints Board, I'm writing to report a problem with my account I have lost my Facebook friends list again and I gave them permission to upload my contacts to my account I have had my Facebook friends list since the middle part of January and now it disappeared this morning we lost power yesterday because of a winter storm I don't know if that effected my friends list but is there a way you can fix the problem and get it back up for me I would appreciate it very much thank you for your time and efforts Amy Maxey

Hi Complaints Board, My friends list has disappeared and I'm unable to retrieve it I've tried logging in and logging out but the issue persist I'm using a Android device and a Chrome browser the problem started February 14th after a power outage I've granted permission for contact uploading but I'm unsure if this is related to the issue Please investigate this issue and take necessary action to have it resolved and I still can send friend request despite not having the friends profile list Thank you Amy Maxey
