Dear Complaint Board, I am having issues with getting login alerts everytime I reinstall my Facebook app it gives me the message saying I am using a device that is unrecognizable and I have been using the same device for 4 years now I haven't had this issue before until now one time I had to reset my password but that was a long time ago and also when I change my password I can't save my password on my Messenger account and I had report it to Messenger about it is there a way you can fix the problem and get it resolved
Claimed loss: Not being able to get rid of those login alerts and not being able to save my password
Desired outcome: I want everything to be back to normal
