I ordered and paid for a Jackery 1000 Pro power station and 200w solar panel on July 11, 2023. The power station was defective. As of September 1, 2023, I am still waiting for a working product, return label, or refund.
Over 25 emails have been exchanged regarding this transaction.
I have caught Factory Pure representatives in several lies and misrepresentations. Examples: 1. Factory Pure sent a return label for the product but Fed Ex would not accept the return label - FedEx said it was not a valid label. 2. I contacted one of the company founders in frustration and a patronizing email was sent in return that a sales rep clearly fabricated without addressing any of the purchase issues. 3. I sent proof of purchase and photos of the product to initiate the return. Factory Pure said they were never received these items but I have a return receipt saying they were received by Factory Pure.
Sales reps sometimes take over a week to reply to emails.
Sales reps pass responsibility to Jackery who refer me back to Factory Pure as the responsible party for product resolution.
Desired outcome: I request a working product or a refund immediately.
