Family Dollar review: Horrible employee

Many times, There has been different issues with one employee named alisha Jude, who I believe is the assistant manager, she has an obvious drug problem. She is extremely rude and hateful to customers, and it's gotten to the point that myself and my family will not stop at that store if she is working. She is usually always on her phone while the other cashier is doing everything for her. But this last time, around November 15th I believe it was, myself and my 2 children were shopping when my kids came from another isle and told me that a girl was standing up asleep, I was confused and concerned, so I went to see what they were talking about and seen alisha standing up holding some paper plates with her eyes closed and nodding. I informed the cashier, who told me I needed to file a complaint because she had noticed things to, however sadly nothing was being done about it. I have not been there since and will not be as long as she is there, many ppl have complained but nothing has been done. I dont understand how someone like that can continue to have the job.
