Family Dollar review: I am not complaining, I need help, and I tried email, but it will not go through.

Hi,

My name is Jill Freeman and I am working at the United Methodist Church, 509 First Street, Albemarle, NC 28001. I noticed yesterday that your Family Dollar beside Food Lion is moving to the new location on the by-pass. This started my wheels ticking. I work with Assurance Life Learning Center which is a new company that just started in Albemarle hence we work out of the church. We work with addicts to help them to recover. We conduct one 4 hour class everyday of the week (M-F) in the mornings and one 4 hour class three days a week (M, W, F) in the afternoons. We educate these addicts on the disease of addiction and how not to use drugs or alcohol again. Many of our clients are homeless. We currently have around 40 clients.

Some very gracious people in the community have donated clothes, shoes, blankets, toys for their children, soap, etc. so we do have what we call a minimal clothing closet. But we have nothing to put these items on. So, I was wondering what you all would do with your racks and shelves in your old store in Albemarle. We could really use a couple of racks and shelves. Please let me know what you plan to do with the items so I will know if I have to continue my search elsewhere.

These people would greatly appreciate it! They will not have a Christmas, so it will be like getting a present under a make believe tree.
