On 10-26-2023, I went to store #307275 at 3001 12th Ave N in response to the advertised Grand Re-Opening. I selected the sales item that I wanted. When I got the check out, the clerk keyed my items but they were ringing up at the regular price. The clerk said that the sales prices weren't showing up in the system. I stood waiting for about twenty minutes while she tried to figure out what to do. Finally, the clerk did an override to account for the buy one get one free items. Two of my items were keyed in at regular price instead of the sales price of BOGO. I complained to the clerk that my receipt wasn't correct. Tired of the back-and-forth ordeal with the clerk, I took my items and left. When I got home, I checked my receipt and when I saw I was overcharged. The next day, I returned to the store, to get a refund. The clerk denied ever giving me BOGO even though I had my receipt. She refused to look at it. According to her there was no sale and there is no sale. I didn't get a refund.
