Delivery and management
My incident is 3 months old and I am still waiting to hear back from the Mgr. that told me he would. This happened on 1-12-22.
We had approximately 2 inches of snow and it was a nice day and the driver decided to drive down my driveway of gravel instead of walking there.
When he was going to drive forward you can see that he must have slid a bit and could not back up. I don't know why there was plenty of room behind him.
So he just decided to go forward not only a ways but all the way thru my back yard, thru my new grass and thru my tree row and out the other end of my property. Drove right over my Sewer that was marked with a Construction cone and did not even call us. We live in a subdivision and do not have city sewer. You do not drive over these in the country.
When we came home we could see what happened and all the tracks. I called the Fed Ex Ground on 1-13-22 and then the mgr of the Dickinson ND Fed EX Express, called me right back at 10:34 am, and he went right out and took photos at 11:00 am MT, and told me he would call me right back. He.. never did. I have left messages for him to call, I stopped and gave a Fed Ex employee my phone number to call me on and still todate has not returned my call.
This mgr is not a Mgr as far as I am concerned and the driver needs to be trained how to drive.
There is a lack of respect here for the customer from the Mgr and the driver from Fed Ex Express. When you trespass and possibly have property damage to my sewer and the Mgr does not have the responsibility to call back the customer, he is not a Mgr as far as I am concerned.
I incurred expenses and installed a separate box for my packages to be delivered off of my property so that Fed Ex Express stays off my back yard and off of all my property.
Desired outcome: I would like a return call from the Mgr and file my expenses for the box that I put up. I needa copy of the report filed from the Mgr so that If I have trouble with my sewer this summer I have the complaint. I have also taken photos.
Never received phone
I have tried contacting fedex with the tracking number, I was told to contact safelink because it was returned to them as undeliverable. I have tried various phone numbers for safelink and I can not get through to a live person. I tried to chat and no one ever came on, I waited an hour.
Can someone please help me, or tell me how to talk to an alive person at safelink?

Freight delivery
was expecting a delivery from FEDX on 4/12/22 talked to freight office in Ft.Myers Fla on 4/11/22 was told I could not request a time for delivery I was given a 3 pm to 6pm window was told i had to be home at 3 ( just in case ) lost 2 hours of work. and still after 6 pm no one showed up talked to 3 diffrent people at FEDX and like a recording they all said (delays happen) no call about said delay no one seemed to care
Drivers driving to fast in a MH park.
Today @11:20am I observed a Fedex truck driving to fast by my office. We are a 55+ manufactured home park with 200 sites and I've seen the trucks driving over the 10 mph posted speed limit most of the times I've observed them. I'm the manager and it's just not your trucks its the mail trucks and UPS trucks also.
Desired outcome: Tell them to slow down. We have many seniors who walk for exercise as well as our own traffic.
Sam’s credit card shipment
To make a very long story short, a Charge card that we pay our bills with was to be overnighted on March 28. FedEx tracking info showed attempts made but no one home. I am home all the time, plus I was requested to receive text updates. Also, if attempts were made, where are the door tags that are supposed to be left? I have been on the phone with FedEx for most of the day, and was advised I needed to pickup the card at the FedEx location, which is an hour away. Spoke to Evelyn at the resolution center, who spoke to someone at the Mauldin Road office who tried to contact the driver, trying to find out where he left the door tags. No luck. They said the drivers gps shows he came to our address, but no door tag number recorded.
Desired outcome: I want my package with my card.
Driver lied about delivery attempt
Today is Friday and I had two shipments scheduled to be delivered to me by FedEx. Tracking numbers [protected] and [protected]. Both shipments were materials needed for jobs that I've scheduled for this weekend so I stayed at work to receive them. I normally leave at 3PM, but today I would stay until I received my packages. There is double gates that are open when someone is here and shut when we are not and there are cameras that record everything between the office and including the road in front of the business. I continued to keep tracking my packages on FedEx.com and watch the security camera footage so that I could meet the driver outside when he or she arrived. I did this until around 7:25 when I discovered that the status online then read "We made a delivery attempt: 04/08/2022 07:20 PM". Very confused I pulled up footage from the road in front of our business and not only was no attempt made there was no FedEx truck whatsoever. I now have to go purchase materials to work on jobs Saturday and Sunday at a higher cost and with materials being delivered on Monday that I will not need.
Package delivery
Waiting for a package from work, and the delivery is always horrible! Get a message 2 sec after they actually drive off! The absolute worse delivery service! Happened 9:30 am 04/08/2022, Fargo ND. Ticket# DT1062 8435 4453. Says I was unavailable, I work from home, I was absolutely available! Not to mention it was first attempt and a note on the back says pick up after 5pm at a location furthest from my home!

I have a video of A Fed Ex drivers wreckless driving. The driver came within 10 inches or less of my rear bumper while driving over 65 MPH. Full raw video is available if FED EX wishes. The incident happened between approximately 1:45PM and 2:45PM on 07 April 2022. This was on east bound I-24 between Exit 8 and Exit 11. The entire incident was caught on my front a rear dash cam. Truck: 123556. MID trailer 830734, Rear trailer: 806897. I was entering the Hwy from exit 8 on ramp where the driver intentionally blocked my entrance, (captured on video). After hittting the braked to merge left. I safely moved to the left lane, (also on video). I then conducted a right lane change to take Exit 11. The driver then closed distance and tail gated me to the exit, coming within approximately 10 inches on my bumper at 65-70 MPH.
Desired outcome: Removal of the driver from current position. This is how large wrecks happen people get killed. This incident is nothing short of road rage and wreckless endangermanent.
Driver almost hit me
I was heading east on Gregory right before the 71 hwy entrance in the left lane, the Fedex driver was on my right when the light turned green, the fedex driver drove into the left lane where I was causing me to almost move into oncoming traffic to avoid a collision. I honked at him and he honked back like I did something wrong. I could have let him hit me and sued the company but instead I chose to avoid a collision and let the company know so that this driver doesn't harm anyone else with his dangerous driving.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response.
Fedex delivered someone else’s package to my address.
On April 5, 2022 I was supposed to receive a small package sent out for delivery via Fedex. Instead, at 10:20 am (per Fedex tracking) their driver left a large 22 lb box outside my front door. The driver did not knock or ring, and I was only one room away. When I checked at noon and saw the large box, I checked the label to write down the address and tracking number, then called Fedex to report their incorrect delivery and have them pick it up. My home is a single family residence and the address on the label was for an apartment on a totally different street a few blocks away. Names totally different as well. It is now nearly five pm and the box is still sitting by my front door. Attempting to get info as to status of this from Fedex is impossible. Their tracking only shows that the box was delivered. Meanwhile, my package is shown as “out for delivery” but not yet delivered. Any business relying upon Fedex may be sorely disappointed. I would very much like that box delivered in error picked up by them ASAP and my package located and delivered tomorrow latest, if not left at or stolen.
Service — or lack of from fed-ex express
We have a driver that refuses to deliver our packages to the receiving room. The merchandise we receive are firearms. The driver just leaves the packages up front - never announcing that she is here, Turns and walks out the door, leaving the packages vulnerable for a customer to grab and run out the door. I have called 3 times to make a complaint to advise that we need her to take 10 more steps to the receiving area, but no action has been taken. I will post this and call every time she drops the packages in an unsecure area. This is route 515 according to the yellow sticker on package
FEDEX Driver falsified delivery attempt on 2 day express deliver 4/1/2022
4/1/2022 Tracking # [protected] was noted as delayed. Said no one was home to receive package, however, I have cameras on the front and back of my house and can prove they never came by. I paid for 2 day express on an order and now there is no way to get a refund. The Fedex guy dropped it on my porch the following monday. On Friday before he said they couldn't leave it because no one was home. Another lie for not doing their job.
Desired outcome: I want my $15 shipping back and I would like for the employee who falsified his delivery attempt to be reprimanded as well as the manager that allows it.

They set a delivery time for 04/04/2022. I took the day of to accept the delivery so I could use my forklift to unload the shipment. The morning of 04/04/2022 I had to call them to see what time to expect the delivery. The dispatcher said they could not deliver that day. No notice except on the day of delivery!
Also now I have to take another day off since they can't figure out how to get a timeframe in less then 4 hours.

Yes.this has happened to me many times also.they left a pkg in my neighborhood a week before xmas.when it happened again in january, I asked the neighbor about the 2nd pkg.she gave it to me.I asked if she got one before xmas,she said yes,but had to look for it.2 days later she told the police her husband put it on my porch.I have cameras,and had been home.so now I've posted my address in 2 porch windows and watch that it doesn't happen again.and the police was no help.her word against me.

In regard to tracking number [protected] my package was not delivered to my address. It was delivered to the wrong apartment. A resident in our building had to bring me my package. I am angry that happened. Someone else would have stolen it. My apartment is not hard to find, and I resent that they dropped it off at the wrong place. My apartment is located in the left side of the apartment complex towards the end of the hall on the right side.
Package delivered and left by road
Called the 800 # to complain. Lady told me there was nothing they could do because I didn't have the drivers name or truck #. I wasn't home so obviously can not have that info. My expensive package was left by the road, even though it said left on my porch. Part of the package was sticking out in the road. She told me that I couldn't formally file a complaint without that information. I know there have to be ways for FedEx to know who is running my route and made my delivery. I got nowhere with customer service.
Desired outcome: Please make sure that packages are actually left on the porch and not just tossed out ot the truck by the highway.
Package delivery
My package was supposed to arrive two days ago. Yesterday, it was delayed by "operational delays", and today the tracking site says a delivery attempt was made but "customer not available". First of all, people haven't had to sign for packages for years. Packages are normally left on front steps or porches without any interaction with the customer. So why would me supposedly being unavailable prevent the package from being delivered properly? Second, I was in fact home at the time of the supposed delivery attempt. There was no knock at the door and no other actual attempt to deliver the package. This is an outright lie.
Desired outcome: Just be honest and own up to your mistakes instead of blaming it on me for "not being home".
Registered delivery of a new cell phone
I Send the package to my mother in New Jersey of a brand new cell phone from West Palm Beach Florida. I insure the package for $800 (cost of the phone tax not included)
The package was delivered one day late, but somebody broke into the box and took the cell phone out. I called FedEx the same day I was told that they had to do an investigation and that they will get back to me within 48 hours. That was on a Sunday afternoon. I never got a call back so I called them back on Friday and they had no information for me. They call me back on Saturday and said that I had to go online and file a claim. I did file a claim and a few days later I got an email saying that they had to do another investigation and that they would contact me within 14 days. Nobody ever called me or give me directions on what to do, but I did get an email saying that the claim was denied because we failed to provide the original box. Without prior notification they showed up to the house and neither my niece or the driver had a clue what was going on.
Prior to delivery I was sent a couple of text messages saying that I needed to have somebody in the house to sign for the package. On the delivery day, the driver just dropped the package on the porch rang the bell and left, he sign the package himself.
Desired outcome: I like to be compensated for the phone that I now have to pay for the next 3 years.
Package stuck in Memphis TN for a week. Delivery pending
I ordered a Laptop from HP and it was taveling via FedEx just fine until it was scaned in at the FedEx Hub in Memphis where it has sat for a week now.
I live in Jackson, Mississippi which is only a 2 and a half hour drive from Memphis. What in the world could be going on.

Package Delivery
When you absolutely positively don't need your package delivered-choose Fedex. Started off saying package will be delivered 3/24, then by end of day 3/25, then by end of day 3/26, now end of day 3/27 and it looks like it won't be today either. It's been in the city of delivery now for 4 days with great weather and the only answer I get is operational delay which is the answer given when there is no reasonable explanation. Until Fedex replaces upper management with people that understand how to lead into a customer service friendly organization we should stop using companies that only have Fedex as an option.
