Attempted delivery was never made
Paid for overnight delivery. Waited all day for package. At exactly 7:46 PM received a message saying an attempted delivery was made which never happened. Have security cameras covering the premises. Called FedEx about this and told them I can provide them with the security footage at stated time. Only response is that they are sorry and it will be delivered on Monday the next business day. It's Friday. Why am I paying for overnight shipping when your drivers refuse to do their job?

undelivered packages
Some FEDEX driver claimed to deliver two packages to my house. I Did NOT receive them. I checked where drive claimed to leave them and nothing was there. I was home so I know nothing was delivered. I have been endlessly trying to locate my packages. Their response - check the bushes?, check with neighbors? IT's NOT A SCAVENGER HUNT! I waisted 5 hours on the phone trying to get a customer service rep to locate the truck that was suppose to have delivered my packages. Told would contact me next day - another lie. I called them, now I was told their procedure required 48 hours, again they would contact me. THEY DID NOT! Spoke with an Erica, Julian and Maybell 72 hours after FEDEX lost my packages and now the person tracing my package is unavailable to speak with me? Seriously? Each rep recommended I contact the sender to get resend--- so companies have to pay for FEDEX horrible service and negligence.
Desired outcome: US Attorney or individual state attorney's need to file against FEDEX for stealing at customers costs. Or get a class action against the company
Damage to garage door while delivering a glider.
Glider was delivered on Wed.March 16th, 2022 on rainy day. Must have pulled truck to garage door down driveway hill. While taking off or dropping off hit door and caused 8" crease in metal garage door. Did not see as had opened door to pull in glider delivery but not seeing outside of door. Few days later saw where box had been on outside of garage this dent. Garage door is in excellent shape otherwise and now mars appearance of front of door. Replacement 18 ft section costs $1208 and will not match. Very upset with this delivery as box glider in had dented corner also where may have hit door.

2 days in a row (March 23rd and 24th) it says my package Wasn’t delivered because no one was home or the business was closed. No door tag was left and I didn’t see anyone attempt to drop off a package on my ring camera. Wasted my day sitting around for a package

Description: Fed Ex came to deliver something to our neighbors and they literally backed onto the side of our lawn and ran over our reflectors. This has happened so many times, its infuriating. I stood outside while he was running over the reflectors and he acted like he did nothing wrong.
Desired outcome: We would like an apology and ensure this particular driver understands driving on lawn is unacceptable.
Attempted Delivery
Package was supposedly going to be delivered Monday but was changed to deliver Wednesday. Called and asked if it could be changed to deliver asap but unable to? Even though it is MY package that I paid for. So waited for Wednesday. No doorbell ring or "attempted delivery" caught on our front door camera. No note left as well but got an "attempted delivery" notification on my phone. Called again to see if I can pick it up at a facility because of these issues. Basically told no. No to MY package. A package I paid for. I'm unable to change how and when I receive it with zero help from FedEx. What in the world? This is so bizarre and feels like theft. Either give me my package or let me pick it up. Never had so many issues from FedEx before. Terrible.
Desired outcome: Give me my package tomorrow and have the driver call me when hes attempting to deliver or let me pick it up tomorrow at a nearby facility. Either way I want my package tomorrow.

On January 13, 2022 I submitted an overnight delivery request for a Fed Ex. letter to a client of mine. I filled out the label by hand, as I was unable to use the FED EX online service due to an error code on their site.
I was charged $97.91 for a letter/overnight delivery that I was expecting to pay approximately $35.00 for. Fed Ex charged a variety of "add-on" fees for what should have been an otherwise simple letter delivery to a client of mine.
I was incensed at the charges and attitude of FED EX, when I spoke with their customer service department.
Desired outcome: I have already paid over $50.00 toward this unconscionalble charge and should not be billed any further.
Wrong delivery time and lost package
We ordered an expensive item from Utah Air Gun. It’s two packages. I have to have someone here as its a signature required delivery. My husband took off work so he could be home. On day of delivery which was the 20th. When we used the tracking number. The package hasn’t moved since the 19th of March. Yet it’s supposed to be 3-5 days for delivery. First I was told it’s lost. Then I was told it was probably stolen. This is a 1500$ item. I’ve talked to no less than seven people. I’ve been told several different things. They don’t even know if the two packages are on different trucks. I want to know where it’s at.
Desired outcome: I want the two packages that were supposed to arrive yesterday. I want answers. Truthful answers.
Terrible follow up - continually conflicting information when I asked for information
I am complaining about an item that I had ordered from Lululemon in late January, it was scheduled to arrive at my home on January 26th. And the tracking information for [protected] said on January 25th, "International Shipment Release - Import." However after that, as you can see by the tracking information, I did not get an update until 8 days later. On February 2, it said "in transit," and then "delay." No updates until a few days later -- February 5, same info. Then more days go on. February 9 -- same info. I finally called Customer Service and the first person said that the package HAD cleared Customs and she did not know why it was delayed. I was switched to the international desk and was told that there was a delay in delivering packages, some kind of backlog of packages. So I waited. And waited. So on 2/14 I called and asked for a full trace. I was told that the package HAD NOT cleared customs and that as soon as the proper paperwork was completed it would clear and be sent out. WHY WAS THIS CONFLICTING INFORMATION PROVIDED several days apart? So I waited some more and noted that on the 16th, the tracking info changed and said that the package was AVAILABLE for clearance. Finally I got a phone call on the 21st from a case worker whose name escapes me. She said that the package had been located and was released and would arrive within a couple of days. However, it did not. I called back again several days later and was told by regular customer service personnel that the last time the package was scanned was on 2/20. And to wait until the following Monday to see if any other information was available. So I called during the last week of February and was advised by regular customer service that it had been too long and that the package was likely lost. I'd like a clear explanation why the first person said that the package HAD cleared customs and was simply delayed due to a backlog (noting that there was bad weather in Memphis), and then a few days later someone tells me that it HADN'T cleared customs. Exactly what is meant by the status "International Shipment Release - Import"? Does that indicate the item had cleared customs? OR is that simply a note that it's an import? I'd like to know why someone said it had cleared and another said it had not. I'd like to know why the case worker said on the 21st that it was getting sent out and then it literally disappears?
Desired outcome: Please answer my question about this trace, please tell me exactly what happened. I'm inclined never to use Fedex ever again. Your company seems so inept.
tires
Purchased 2 tires for over $600.00 online. One tire was delivered by FedEx, the second tire is missing. I live in a cul-de-sac, no drive-by traffic here, and my neighbors are old people who do not need my tires. The shipper is not cooperating and FedEx is not willing to accept a claim from us. We are seriously considering a law suit against FedEx but also the tire company. This kind of crime and theft must be stopped.
Desired outcome: Refund our purchase price ($289.74) or deliver the missing tire.
Two packages listed as "Delivered" but never arrived.
I ordered an iPhone from Walmart on Feb 27. It was scheduled to arrive on March 2. On March 2, I watched the driver roll past our house without stopping, all while the item showed as "Delivered." I have filed complaints with Walmart, the 3rd party merchant and FedEx, to no avail. FedEx has been promising to get back to me "within 24-48 hours" for the past two weeks.
Thinking it was the fault of the merchant, who outright refused to help, I ordered another iPhone from Walmart on March 15. On March 16th, the FedEx driver delivered other packages. I asked him if he drove this route every day. He said he did, but changed his tune when I said something was missing. I know he wasn't the driver who was on that route on March 2, because they look nothing alike.
Two hours after the normal delivery, iPhone #2 was listed as "Delivered." Just like last time, nothing actually appeared. None of my neighbors had seen the Fedex truck after that normal delivery. I have been home all day. So I'm out of the price of two iPhones and nobody can give me any answers.
Desired outcome: I would like at least one of those phones to be located, and I would like to receive the value of any phone that cannot be tracked down. I need to have and pay for exactly one phone.

we have a porch on our house, and have had problems with packages being stolen, my wife made a large sign to please put packages in the porch, well i had a very expensive shipment left on the front steps and were stolen, i believe if it was left in the porch we wouldve been ok.

I have been disputing a charge with FedEx for a couple of months now and thought we had come to an agreement on the invoice total. I called FedEx 800 number to make a payment. The person said she does not except credit card payments and would have to transfer me to someone that does. That person took my card and send me a receipt. The receipt was from Synter Resource Group. A collections agency! Isn't this fraud? I want to pay FedEx the invoice but after being transferred multiple times and no resolution, I don't know what to do.

Calltag
Did not approve of a purchase from a shop in amazon and the store gave me a calltag # to put on the package so FedEx could come pick it up from my house. First delivery attempt, they arrived at my house and rang the bell, walked down the stairs, and waited 10seconds before taking off. I was walking my dog and saw the truck and ran after it and they did not stop. If they stayed just 30seconds or more, I would have gotten home to give them the package. Mind you, the package is 60lbs and would not fit in my car to drive to fedex to drop off. I call FedEx and they said they rescheduled the delivery for next day 10am-5pm
Next day comes, and I wait til about 2:40pm and still nothing. I decided to call and ask for an update status of the pick up for my calltag. The man on the phone says "it says you cancelled the calltag." Why would I cancel my calltag? He had no answer for me. Who put down that i cancelled it? Definitely not me. This kind of service is unacceptable and extremely frustrating.
2day shipping has turned into 1 week
I have been lied to constantly about the location of my package. I was told several different delivery dates by customer service and the online portal! Still no delivery! This has really put me in a bind! I am about to lose my place of Residence waiting on my mail. I was told today that my mail is still at center in Atlanta, but yet the portal states it’s out for delivery. This is so unprofessional and I will not use FedEx if I don’t have to ever!

Fedex illegaly withholds mail when u have multiple packaged untill all have arrived and lie about attempts 2 deliver. Happened several times and im done with it.

Biometric/ukvi travel documents
I have been in the UK for nearly 25 years and I have never experienced worst/horrific delivery service like that of TNT/FedEx. I had my travel/work documents held at your depot since 4th of March and am yet to have it delivered following one delivery attempt within 2 weeks. How terrible is that. My parcel is being held and driven around in their van and each time I called their customer online service, it’s either they lied to me that it will be delivered.
My life is being held to ransom, I can’t work nor being able to feed my children. I have been given one excuse or the other. I stayed at home every day expecting my delivery with no avail. I am emotionally distressed following all the inconvenience caused by your irresponsible wicked act. Some of your agents are so nasty and inhumane with few who have a bit of understanding.
Note, I have wasted another day staying at home with no one showing up with my parcel. Your company will pay for all the damages caused. It doesn’t stop here.
Desired outcome: I want my parcel delivered latest tomorrow 15/03/22 to my desired/chosen address, hence legal action will be considered.
Delivery service from EBay
I ordered an IPhone from Ebay in January. I received the notification that it had been delivered so, I rushed home to get it. When I arrived home, there was no package. My mother in law, whom is home everyday, said that no one had dropped off anything. I have contacted FedEx and EBay several times about this issue, but I have gotten nowhere because the driver said he had delivered the package and provided a delivery number. I have asked neighbors is they had gotten it by mistake but none of them even saw a FedEx truck on our street that day. This is utterly ridiculous that I have to pay for something I didn't receive because there was an error on your part. I don't know if it was delivered to the wrong address or if the driver stole it. All I know is, I didn't get it and EBay refuses to refund my money because there was a tracking number provided by your driver. I will be seeking legal representation and filing a suit against FedEx and EBay just for the aggravation this has caused and the insult of my integrity. I have packages delivered all the time from UPS and USPS and I never have an issue with them.

Same thing for me multiple times. It's so bad that I will not order anything that uses Fedex for shipping anymore. I was told by the shipper to file a police report and provide "proof" that it was not delivered.
