Plumber put in water system under kitchen sink and screwed through side cabinet messing up outside cabinet. That was in November - after lots of calls they still haven't fixed my cabinet.

I tried to cancel the contract after 5 days of getting the water softener because the water was too slimy. The drinking water isn't good and I've noticed a rash around my vaginal area. My daughter has also been complaining about her vaginal area. The water from the bathroom faucet smells fishy when turned on. I've been trying to negotiate the contract terms but the company only came out and disconnected the equipment in the garage.

There are a couple of major issues:1) its impossible to get in contact with the company to get troubleshooting or to schedule and appointment. This year, I have been without water since 12/23 and its 12/26 now and still have not received a call back nor can I get in contact with the company (I am directed to leave a message).2) when the company does come out I ask them to provide a solution for freezing pipes or to bypass the system when there is a freeze coming but I am always told it is fixed and wont happen or that there is no solution (which seems contradictory and wrong that there is no solution for a working system in freezing temps). At this point I have no confidence in this company or its products.

I bought a water softner from Fidelis in 2017 for $6500. They said service was included at this level. But after a year, I started having problems with the system. Every time I called them for repairs, they wanted to charge me more money. I did manage to get a few visits covered under warranty. Fidelis came out to replace the head on my softner about 45 days ago. Two weeks ago, my water pressure started acting up. It would come and go. I had a plumber check it out and they found that the softner was causing the issue. We bypassed the softner and my water pressure went back to normal. I called Fidelis and they told me it would cost at least $350 without even coming out to see it. This product has been a money pit from the start. A few years ago, they changed their name to Fidelis because of the bad press they were getting for their product and service.

On 04/28, I had an electrician come to my house 'cause there was a problem with the GFCI plug in my backyard. Turns out, that same plug was connected to the water softener, and guess what? It wasn't installed right and didn't meet the code. Can you believe it? It could've started a big ol' fire! I got a report from the electrician (***) to prove it, check it out. They said it'd cost around 600 bucks to fix it up. So, I gave Fidelis a call and they sent someone over on 05/3. I told 'em straight up that their messed-up installation caused my plug to trip. I even suggested they should pay for it since they did it wrong. They did fix the cord, but they said they'd get back to me about the plug. Well, it's been crickets ever since. Let me tell ya, ever since I got this system, they've had to come out multiple times to fix stuff. I don't feel safe with this system anymore, and I want it gone and the debt wiped clean. I got receipts for every single time they had to come over, just so you know.

I contacted Fidelis Plumbing 'bout the Laundry Pro 2.0. The blue light keeps blinkin' and seems like it needs a new activepure cell. Supposedly, this replacement ain't necessary 'til after 'bout 7200 hours of use, which is way more than a year. But, the light turned on right after a year. I reached out to the distributer and they said I gotta pay $125 just to check the unit. But, their warranty statement says, "Customers gotta contact an Aerus location and show proof of purchase within the given time periods. Aerus gonna fix or replace the product and send it back, no charge, within a reasonable time, if they find any defective parts. If Aerus can't fix it after a few tries, they gonna give a refund or a new unit, as they see fit." So, why do I gotta pay for a check-up? Seems like the activepure cell is busted 'cause it didn't even last half as long as it's supposed to. Nowhere in my contract does it say they gonna charge me. I told the customer service person I wanna talk to a manager, but it's been 3 weeks and still no call back. I dunno how this company got an A+ rating. Please help me out.

Water filter dont work. We was told it would soften water and it did for the 1st week or so then stopped working. Recently had someone come out to look at it and fixed it for about 5 hours and back to hard water. Once you sign Fidelis pluming dont care about clients. they will lie about communication and not come out to fix anything. They dont meet there end of the contract and the water filter dont work for my house. its been 4 months and still getting hard water. They cam out to fix it and the next day it was failing test again. It shouldnt take this long for them to fix anything and want this system removed and go with the competitors that have better services and instead of paying $9,000 they sell and install and cover everything for ~$1,800 and im sure they have better customer service. Salesman *** fails to communicate anything and is as useful as a wet towel and over promised services that were never done. Overall, they dont meet there end of the contract and dont terminate the contract and dont fix anything they install and will ruin your grass. *** even stated "I will get SOD myself and patch up the grass if these guys dont" referring to the works. The workers were never told to and he never did anything. Do not trust this company. They need to buy back the contract, this water system dont work for my home. Its not fair for me to be paying $9,000 with high interest for a services that dose NOT work.

Since then, we haven't had alkaline water because the filter was bad. On June 30, Plumber ***. came and changed the filter and reconnected the pipes of the alkaline water system. The next morning, we had water all over our kitchen floor and under the sink where the alkaline tank is (2.5 Gallons). The leak caused the wood under the sink to break and the tank to sink to the floor due to its weight. My husband talked to RMP *** RMP 24238, and he gave us the option to have a complete annual system for free or repair the wood under the sink. This isn't fair because the company caused these two problems. Another issue was that plumber *** recommended connecting the ice maker hose to the softener pipe because the alkaline water wasn't working properly. On August 20, they serviced the system again, and I requested to reconnect the ice maker hose the way it was before. The phone receptionist, ***, told my husband that there would be a fee because I requested to connect the hose to the softener pipe. My husband talked to *** and requested to speak to a manager on July 08. The manager, ***, called my husband on August 13. It took him a month and 1 week to return the call. FIDELIS PLUMBING has been to my house a total of 10 times from May 15, to August 20, and they still haven't fixed my problems. I have documentation for every visit and pictures of the water tank sunken under my sink. We have stopped making payments to the finance company, Aqua Finance Inc, because we haven't received any response from the company after three attempts, and because we still have the problems.

The plumber inspected the leak and said that the pipe connected to the water softener was the one leaking. They tried to fix it, but it ended up leaking even more. The plumber mentioned that the installation was not done properly and they wouldn't have installed it that way. During this time, I reached out to the salesperson who sold me the water softener to find out which company did the installation. He said he would contact them. Shortly after, a lady named Ada from Fidelis Plumbing called me. I explained the situation and mentioned that I already had a plumber fixing the leak. She got upset because I had someone else working on the issue, but I explained that I didn't want any more damage to my ceiling. She said she would send a guy named Lenny to inspect the pipe and see what the plumber did. I asked for reimbursement, but they blamed the roofer, even though all he did was notice the leak. They also claimed that since it had been over a year, there was nothing they could do. I never received any paperwork from the installer or any warranty information. The salesperson assured me that this should have never happened. I also questioned if they knew how much insulation was in the attic and if the system only regenerated when there was high water usage. In this case, we don't use a lot of water as there are only four of us here. I reached out to them multiple times, but they keep saying they will get back to me, and to this day, they still haven't. I also found out that they fired all the installers who were working there when I had my system installed. I'm sure it was because they did poor work, but they don't want to discuss it whenever I bring it up.
