16+17/4/2018 Account: 81846, have a problem with our alarm system, phoned call centre, can't pick up our details, account suspended. Phoned accounts department, nothing wrong with our account, phoned 10 times to try to sort out, reception won't put you through to anyone senior, several redirections of the call then they hang up. They leave you hanging on the line and won't get a senior person to assist.

I would personally like to report bad attitude received from one of your staff member that works in Menlyn Pretoria(TLSContact) LINDIWE.
That lady is a total nusense and has very little respect for herself as well as other people.
Personally, I would fire her if I could but unfortunately, I can't so kindly Communicate with her to learn some sort of respect for herself and to respect others in the process.
Her rached and childish behavior won't score her any points.

adt inferior alarm system installed... 3 pensioners on property
Att Mr Dale and whoever cares! I have been with sad sad ADT for years. In 2016 end, I requested a transfer of my alarm to my new home, I was instead sold, by a lady who was going on retirement the next day, an inferior alarm system. I have had countless technicians in and out of my home, countless meetings, the last with Sad Sales Manager, Ashley and Sad Technical Manager Nico. BY THEIR OWN ADMISSION, AND THAT OF A SPECIALIST TECHNICIAN, WITNESS AVAILABLE, TWO WINDOW ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE OF THE HOUSE ARE NOT COVERED, WE ARE NOT PROTECTED. It has taken 3 months, Ashley and Nico knowing that 3 pensioners are not safe at 14 Mallard St, to come back with a discounted price to sort out their big mistake.. In their dreams!. This is an ADT stuff up, not mine!. I am going nowhere! I will let the court's decide but this ADT mistake will be sorted out by them.
Take for example my panic button that one of the technicians took to sort out, as I was given old panic buttons, but paid for new ones.. WHY?
Not to mention that I was quoted one price but another taven out of my account. Ashley, for what he is worth, has still not bothered to get it back to me, he is more concerned with Money, not the safety of people, especially pensioners. ADT advertises, ALWAYS THERE! I beg to differ. WE AT 14 MALLARD STREET HAVE LIVED IN DANGER SINCE END 2016, TOP MANAGEMENT AWARE OF THIS, AND STILL HAD THE CHEEK TO TAKE MONEY MONTHLY... I await... I keep asking for the M.D. s contact details, Ashley ignores me... what are they afraid of! L Trombetta with thanks... Shame, what a shameful company you have taken over..
employee attitude and disrespect
I'm writing this complaint while sitting at SARS after such a bad encounter with one of the fedility security lady by the name of (Phumla Tenene). This woman disrespected my husband and I by speaking to him as if he's a child, when the chair he was occupying broke and almost got him hurt, and this woman had the nerve to tell him that he's the one that broke the chair. This lady says this in full view of other people who were on the que. She obviously got my husband and I upset and the others who had expressed her inappropriate manner in which she spoke to him. This lady continued with her disrespect by insisting he broke it and I warned her she had no right to speak to him like that and had no factual findings that would substantiate her claims, therefore all she needed to do was to apologize and offer another chair, that is customer service, thats how one deals with people. It is imperative for Fedility to send its employees on a customer service course because they deal with people on a daily basis. I'm mad as hell.

We discontinued our service with Adt in 2013 and they came and removed all their equipment. Last week we received numerous calls and sms's telling us that we owed them over R4000. We have received no statements, no invoices, and no sms's informing us that we owed anything. On contacting them and giving them our customer number we were informed that the number was linked to two other properties?! Another in our neighbourhood and one in Pretoria. We have lived in this house for 15 years and do not own any other properties. Sounds very fishy to me. After calling ADT they said we had to contact the Nimble Group. After explaining everything to them we have received no feedback as to what the story is but are still being threatened with blacklisting. I think this is illegal and time to go to my attorneys.

dangerous drivers

I was driving today at the Kameelfontein Road Pretoria when a truck from the Fidelity company came with high speed drove behind and hang on my tail not less than 1 meter pulling lights for now reason...we all were driving in a line because a truck struggled to get on the hill...than the fidelity car pull over a solid line just missed my mirror and was jut in time to avoid a head on head collision, I travel daily with small kids in the car...I wonder if these drivers are trained or is it company policy to drive in the way they behave ...the number on the car is 41699,

hi i would like to a lay a complaint about a fidelity staff member who is a security Guard at Clicks in Mall of Africa the name of the security Guard is Freddy Mashaba. It was 19:56 29/10/2016 when my partner and his brother went to clicks to get pain tablets. When we were about to leave the store Freddy accused my partner for stealing a watch. i quote"Hey dude were is the watch that you took from the shelves". With disbelief and shock i then asked Freddy what is it that you referring to exactly?My partner then explained that he asked a clicks consultant for a pair of scissors to cut the wrap from his new watch that we had bought from Truworths so probably that is why Freddy assumed that its a watch stolen from clicks. I then got really furious as Freddy insisted that he had stolen the watch. I took out receipts of the purchase that was made at Truworths even showing the payment of the watch. After Freddy has went through the receipt and seeing that he was wrong he did not have the audacity to apologize for the embarrassment that he caused in not having a manner of approach. I then told him that i would report this to the management and with all arrogance he told me to go ahead. The oppressive management of Fidelity security at SAB Alrode Site, People work hard mostly at beer gate and at the end of the months 2, 3, to 5 days on their pay slip are not pay, people are forced to sign documents gives the management the rights to take same of money on their pay and none of Fidelity manegement can stand for the job that people at SAB Alrode Beer gate not even for 3 hours

First and foremost they are the most incompetent bunch of idiots I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, I have had to threaten to remove the CIT guards from my site due to arrogance, I have had to threaten to cancel my contract due to breach and still still they have no sense of customer service no care as to who or what you are and dont care about the fact the we are hugely unhappy with their service. Their equipment does not work, their Ops manager Peet Rossouw feels it is appropriate to put the phone down in someones ear when he himself promised to fix the problem. This company is not able to service its clients correctly due to incompetence and lack of ethics, they have no moral backbone and no care for its customers. And I can be assured that my problem will not be sorted out as this has been going on now for more that 9 months, I repeat 9 months so good luck if you are with them.

Good day I hope you are well. I went to the pick and pay at the bright water commons today with my family. My 12 year old brother is a chronic dialysis patient. After spending about an hour or a bit more at the centre, we were leaving. My brother started feeling ill and he could not walk, so we put him into one of the pick and pay trolleys. As we were walking out one of the centre the security guard - who eminently refused to tell us his name- grabbed onto the trolley and shouted abruptly at us and told us that the trolley was only for groceries and the child had to get out. I tried to explain to him why the child was in the trolley, but he was shouting and didn't give me a chance to speak. My dad was standing with us, he did ask why and he asked if the packet was allowed in the trolley. He said f*** NOT at the security but in disappointment. The child was forced to walk to the car. We then went to speak to the security and find out what his problem was. He became very defensive, he removed his bage, he continued shouting. He called his manager, who defended him and refused to even ask the security to apologise to us. A gentleman who had seen what had happened, came forward and also tried to explain to the manager that the security was wrong. But he still did not listen to us. He threatened to call the police and claimed that we swore at him but we didn't. The child is disabled and he was inconsiderate. The security did not inform us about wheelchairs and he did not offer us one at the time. He just kept on shouting at us. We are very very disappointed with the service provided by Fidelity security. We would like an apology from the security and his manager. We would also like to know the name of the security and his manager. The manager demanded my particulars but refused to give me his. I think that we were treated very unfairly and that the company is corrupt. This matter needs to be sorted out. My parents are elderly and they are very disappointed with the way in which the security and his manager handled the situation. We would like to come to you, to sort out this problem before we are forced to pursue the matter further, as I think the way that the security grabbed and pulled the trolley and shouted at us was very indecent and abrupt, and it felt like an assault. Please get back to me as soon as possible
Hallo, im Nicola Janse van Rensburg, a student at US university. My car got clamped and i was just at the virgin active gym in eikestad mall. Its 8pm and i have no money with me to pay and they wont let me speak to the manager in charge. The lady pushed me out of her office and locked the door. She said i must walk home at night and she can't help me. She ignored us and handled us with no respect. I am really disappointed! Employee did not want to give me her name so i took a photo !

My radio to content my alarm with fidelity was not working, i phoned and reported it, i was told that technical will contact me and they will come the next day to sort it out,
the next day around 10 :00 am no one phoned me, so i phone again . i spoke to a lady cold Nomvula, she give me a number to call and see how far the are, I could not get anyone on that number, it was Off, i i had to phone about 6 x again I was put through to a technician at the end
who did not now about any service call loged but the said he will come out, and look at the problem .
my biggest problem was that after every cal i am told i will phone you back, and not once did Nomvula or any one ells phone me

1 hour respond to a panic
On sunday we waited for 1 Hour for Fidelity Security to respond to a real Panic on our farm. This type of responce happened before, about 3 months ago and Mr van Eden said he will phone me back the next day, His next day is never as I am still waiting for his call.
Hi there, A driver from fedelity security failed to stop at the stop sign and smashed my Taxi.
The accident was reported but they still fail to solve the matter. This taxi is the only sauce of income and I can't feed my family nor pay my pills.

A Fidelity Vehicle was blocking the way in the parking area. The driver ignore all my attempt to get him to move ,while he was busy on his phone with no care of his surrounding area. i had to get in and out of my car so many time i had to bang his window and honk so many times.
I am going to the post office then the guard stop me asking me why I want to go in to the post office I been going there monthly but today I am being stop to go in and I need a reason to go in. DO YOU NEED TO TEL SOMEONE IF YOU GO IN SHOPRITE WHY
