I was with this company for almost 2 years and paying them regularly
I was with this company for almost 2 years and paying them regularly. In our contract, it included One Financial as my creditor. They were not able to negotiate for me, and instead, I ended up negotiating myself at a price that wasn't significantly lower. I ended up borrowing money to settle with One Main Financial, which should have been included in the contract with Financial Rescue. Communication-wise, it wasn't very consistent, which made me nervous because creditors were writing to me, and I always had to forward it to them. Another creditor, Living Spaces, had their attorney contact me and scared me because of "court litigation". I didn't receive any updates from Financial Rescue.

I'm really not happy with their service at all!
I'm really not happy with their service at all! I called them to help with loan consolidation and they told me right from the start that my credit score would get dinged for about 4-6 months only. I've been paying them for over 6 months already and they haven't completed a single negotiation with any of my creditors. It took them a whopping 9 months to negotiate with my 2 creditors. I submitted a total of 4 creditors to them and it's been over a year already, but they haven't done any negotiations with the other 2 creditors. So, I decided to do my own negotiations and guess what? I was successful in negotiating with them. If I had known that negotiating with creditors wasn't hard, I wouldn't have hired them.
Another complaint I have is that my account manager, Abigael ***, and my negotiator, Joy ***, are really hard to get hold of. They don't return calls or respond to texts in a timely manner. I'm really frustrated with the service I got from them. I even sent 2 emails to the owner himself, ***, and he never responded at all!
I calculated everything I spent with them and the total of my debts, and it turns out that I didn't really save anything. In fact, I would have paid more than my total debts if they had negotiated with the other 2 creditors, which I did myself.
Overall, they were really slow in working on my account, so my credit score took a big hit.
I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anybody!

I hired Financial Rescue on April 25. It took them 24 months instead of the agreed-upon 17 months to fully settle my financial situation. I requested information from the company regarding the breakdown of the service fee charge, which was advertised as 22%. I did not save the promised 40 to 60% as seen on television and I would like them to refund the remaining amount of $*** into my account. I appreciate your assistance.

Financial Rescue, LLC did not fulfill their promise to settle two of my accounts, despite having more than enough funds. Every time I called, they kept saying that the accounts were still under negotiation. I initially entered into a debt settlement program with them for a duration of three years, paying over $450 per month. However, after that period, they requested an additional two years of monthly payments amounting to $300. Currently, I only have three months left in the program and sufficient funds to settle the remaining account. However, whenever I call, they continue to inform me that it is still under negotiation. As I am retiring soon, I need proof that all my obligations have been settled to ensure that my small SSS benefit will not be garnished.

The last time I spoke to a real customer service representative was in December, and you keep saying it's still under negotiation. I requested my statement to be sent, but it was never done. I sent several emails, but received no response. I'm tired of waiting, and I'm going to file a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com. You took almost $*** from me, and I trusted you, but your company seems to be just another scam. I want my money back as soon as possible. I'll handle Ad Astra myself. Shame on you!

My name is *** and I'm 57 years old. In June , Financial Rescue, LLC contacted me and said I could consolidate my debt with them. They told me I was approved and that I would have to make monthly payments of $676.36. I decided to enroll with them and signed a contract, thinking they were a debt consolidation company.
From June 15, to May , the company deducted money from my bank account. However, in May, I received a summons from a creditor who was suing me. I tried calling Financial Rescue, but they didn't respond to my calls. I asked them why I was being sued and found out that they hadn't been paying my creditors.
I was very unhappy with what they did to me. I have a good credit score and always pay my debts. All I wanted when I enrolled with them was for them to pay off my debts. But they didn't do what they promised and gave me incorrect information about their services. After speaking with them, they refunded me the money for only four months of payments. I told them I wanted a full refund since they didn't fulfill their obligations. All I want is for them to give me back all of my money.

I confirmed the settlement via email, and was informed that my request was forwarded and autopay deductions were halted. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no further responses. I've attempted to learn when I might receive a wire transfer, but answers are elusive. I'm seeking an estimated date from Accounting, but they're still processing. Direct contact with Accounting is impossible, and representatives are uninformed about the timing of my payment. I've expressed that indefinite waiting is unreasonable and have requested direct communication or an appointment for consistent service, but to no avail. The lack of communication is evident, and after paying service and legal fees, I simply desire my funds in a timely manner.

I had a lot of credit cards and I reached out to Financial Rescue, LLC for debt consolidation. They explained everything so well that I immediately signed up. I was just making monthly payments, but they convinced me that I would be debt-free in 36-40 months or less and save a lot of money. My program started in 5 and cost $786 for 40 months. My credit score was good, and I never had any late fees. They advised me to stop making payments as they would handle it and settle with my creditors. However, I started getting subpoenas and my creditors kept notifying me of zero payments made. My account manager, ***, never called to give me updates. I complained and spoke with ***, who promised monthly check-ins. I asked for text messages or emails because I can't always answer their calls, but I never received any. I was able to communicate with ***, and he was responsive. However, I started questioning where my money was going. I should be almost done by now! It's been over 36 months! I emailed *** and asked for a detailed breakdown of where my payments have gone, but I got no response. Suddenly, last week, I received a notification of $*** wage garnishment! I then texted *** and was told I have a new account manager, ***, who claimed to have called me, but I have no record of it. Again, I requested text messages or emails. *** told me I still have about 6 unpaid credit cards, most with higher balances. As I kept asking where the money went, he said that from 5/XXXX-X/2020, the money went towards their service fees. After that, a portion was used to pay for my accounts. They never disclosed this! I would have never agreed to it! Now, I'm being advised to extend the program as I have no funds in my account to take care of my outstanding debt. My credit score is the lowest it's ever been, I have wage garnishment, and I am not debt-free! Where is all the talk about being debt-free and saving money? Please help resolve these accounts.

Didnt deliver promised services, re: debt settlement and negotiations. they gave the run around in delivering the promised service w/o results. On Sept,2018, contract for the services for debt settlement was signed and on the same month, they pulled money from my account monthly to present. on 3/11, 11:52 AM, *** from success link processing, same company, left a voicemail to inform me, "By the end of the month, they will have a settlement of my Capital1 account, ending XXX3. Next time you hear from me, XXXXXXXXXX, that means I have a good news for you, will have the settlement and I will take a minute of your time to just to record the verbal authorization for us to pay." Since, then on, I kept on asking for updates for the said accounts and other accounts by calling them and or emailing them. Often the customer service line was either busy or sent to general voice mail, which often I will leave voicemail. No response for both means of communication. The also kept on changing account representatives whom had no knowledge of the situation. I have not heard any updates till now even when I asked for updates, they will give me the run around of they will look into the account and will call me again. Another account for Discover/Shuttle and Hammer, I received a summon from court and within 24 hours of receipt, sent the details and copy of the document to them. I was informed that they settled the account and will be paying from 8/19 to 7/20. I received an email that they were paying the account until 2/20, when I noticed from my credit report that I had missed payments. I informed them and I was told that Discover/S&H voided the settlement due to insufficient funds. I have not missed any payments and I was never informed that it was voided until I found out from credit report. Until now I have been asking for updates but 90% of the time I am sent to voicemail, will leave voicemail. When Financial rescue agents call, they call 12 minutes before their close time, and when I try to call them the cycle starts again of leaving VM only. I have been calling them for updates about my account, but to no avail, they have been giving me the run around but never a direct answer regarding updates on my accounts, they never missed taking money from bank account even in this time of pandemic I made sure that I am able to pay them to take care of what we agreed upon. It was very difficult that I am not informed of the status and often left to wonder what they have done to my account and be often told that there is not enough funds in my account with them.
