I am writing this email concerning a account that is blocked of mine that there seems to be no answer as to why it is blocked I have asked numerous times for a case number regarding this as the SLA time has lapsed and to no avail still.
My account was blocked by an analyst called Vusimuzi Mtswene and since blocking my account there has been no one that has been able to get ahold of this said analyst as to why he has blocked my account.
He spoke to a consultant when I went into the branch and was extremely rude and said he would revert back to me this was on Wednesday 21 February 2024 and since then it's been the last communication with him the consultants have tried to reach him every time I contact fraud to avail.
I have contacted fraud a total of 20 times since my account has been blocked and visited branches for long periods to no avail and being told it will be escalated to he's team leader by the name of Koroloso Moses.
Please advise as there is no case number and no response so I am a client and need to know what is going on and if this is the level of service I receive from fnb after 10 years then I don't know
I have not received communication and or been assisted as this is killing my livelihood as a small business owner.
