FirstKey Homes review: Firstkey homes maintenance issues

I recently moved into Firstkey Homes three months ago. As of today it has been a nightmare. I have been waiting for the property manager to contact me back and she still haven’t it’s has been over two months. I have maintenance issues that they did not take care of before I moved into my home, I contact Code enforcement. I recently had a maintenance come out and all he can tell me is that I’m responsible for repairs, which is unfair. I have contact Firstkey Homes over 10 times since I’ve moved here. No one is returning my phone call back. Property manager is not returning my phone call back at this point. I don’t know what to do when I move in his home I also noticed I explained that with the maintenance they didn’t take care some of the repairs, I was just finally told that this is as is Home that is on my lease agreement but when I signed the lease they made me put a deposit down first after I put the deposit down first after they emailed me the lease for I can read it and go through it. I was not able to look at this lease before signing. I was pretty much forced into paying a deposit because I was really interested in this home. This company is a Rip Off and I will need assistance Immediately.
