Main issue: Let me start off by saying it is so hard to get in contact with anybody about anything serious. The AC hasn’t been working for a long time (since June 2023 we are now in September 2023) I have multiple work orders submitted, including the 4th time when they had a vendor come out. How is it this [censored] has not been fixed yet? That also created an issue where I was overcharged for my electricity, (but is invalid, since the AC was not being used at the time.) It’s been since September 4 I’ve been waiting to have that corrected so that I can pay my rent (does not allow split payment) but no one has gotten back to me as yet. Rent is almost due again and the same mistake is happening because I’m already being charged for a higher electricity bill when the AC is not working. First Key is not leaving a great impression and I’m thinking about not renewing my lease at this point.
Other issue: maintenance guy was supposed to replace both of the rusted out pipes in my master bedroom (it’s a jack and Jill set up), but he only replaced one side and come to find out all of my personal feminine items had gotten completely soaked and ruined, and I had just bought everything so I’m looking for a reimbursement of that but they so far have said nothing about it which I don’t think it’s fair cause this is not the first time I’ve had water issues and had to replace things due to poor maintenance from first key.
Desired outcome: To replace the AC unit, provide reimbursement for my feminine items that got soaked because your maintenance guy didn’t do his job correctly, and for my “rent” price to be fixed!
