FirstService Residential review: Kim Saucier

On three separate occasions FirstService Residential via Manager Kim Saucier at Ocean Village condos in Fort Pierce Florida stole money out of my bank account via automatic withdrawal. I was paid back on 2 occasions via check in the mail. However I had to catch them stealing before I got it back. The 3rd time they took out $1450.00 TWO times on the same day! I confronted Ms Saucier and she sent me a fabricated ledger appearing that she refunded me but she did not. I sent her my bank statement proving I did not receive payment as she claims. She just doesn’t respond and then recently she replied by email that she no longer works there! I called the office and she does in fact work there. They owe me $2900.00

In addition to the theft once they came as POA they began requesting additional monies for various repairs. That seemed unnecessary but I paid them. Then they had a meeting to build a new fitness center and 400 residents showed up to oppose. No one was allowed to be heard. Between the residents they collected 3 million dollars! That was nearly 2 years ago. I’m not sure where that money is.

In addition one of the board members hired his unlicensed friend to drain the oceanfront pool. He drained it all the way and it cracked! No swimming pool for nearly 2 years now.

There are hundreds of complaints on the Better Business Bureau website.

They are a Canadian company owned by Colliers whom China is heavily invested.
