Fitness First review: Membership

Fitness First's membership contract is the worst you can get and my experience has been terrible!

I joined a 6 month contract knowing that I would change office after 6month, the monthly fee is the most expensive you can think of (over 750HK dollars per month) with a terrible shower facility, the only benefit was it was close to the office.

After 6montn I decided to cancel my contract so I went to the office on 2nd October 2019 (the 1st was a public holiday), I was expecting to pay the October fee since it was in October anyway.

But I was shocked to hear that they forced me to pay for November as well as apparently it was written in their Small prints that I had to cancel my membership 30 calendar days in advance!

Although I did use the gym for a single day in November, I was forced to pay a full month's membership fee.

What kind of contract is that and obviously they are just fooling their customers!

Don't get trapped in their monthly plan and stop joining this gym, they are just trying to rip you off. There are plenty of good value and reasonably cost gyms outside!
