Salesperson was absolutely great. We talked about a deposit and making payments. We signed a contract on an iPad, I should have asked for printed copy. What we talked about was not on there. Many problems with scheduling and the office and not giving us a receipt for a cash deposit. We had to complain several times before receiving one over a week later. They wanted to collect payment which we were under the assumption of monthly payments to pay off the balance since it was what we discussed with the sales person. When there was the misunderstanding of what was due, all I got was an email an hour later threatening us with legal action. Also said not to respond because they refused to talk to us ever again. They did not fix everything. They damage some things. Totally messed up. They also sent out a crew a couple times. We had no idea they were coming. No communication, not surprised though. When the money thing was an issue, they just threatened us and refused to have any communication at all. Would never use them again.
Desired outcome: We would like the issues resolved and the things repaired and done correctly, we thought we were signing up for monthly payments. That's what we would like.
