would like to give a shoutout to Fleming Brothers Roofing and Pro Roofing for their amazing job. They really put in a lot of effort in fixing the drip edge and flashing. I highly recommend these guys.

After they finished the initial job, I was informed about some urgent repairs that needed to be done. I made the mistake of agreeing to them without fully understanding. But getting a written explanation of what was actually done was a real struggle. I'm a retired single woman and I feel really embarrassed for being convinced to pay double the original price in the end. I just want to warn others to be cautious.

I used Fleming Brothers Roofing about 2 years ago 'cause I needed a roofing company to fix a leak in our bathroom. One of the brothers came and said it'd be $1,400 without even checkin' the roof or attic. That should've been a sign that they wouldn't bother lookin' at the leak to figure out the cost. Against my better judgment, I hired 'em and after a few months, it leaked again. Two repairmen came and I thought it was finally fixed. I paid $800 to redo the ceiling where the leak was. But guess what? A few months later, same leak. I didn't bother callin' 'em back 'cause if they can't fix a simple leak twice, I didn't trust 'em to ever fix it right. I'd never use this company again! Terrible customer service and way too expensive!

I called Fleming Brothers Roofing for a roof check-up 'cause my kitchen had water damage and my neighbors said they're good. Mike Fleming called me back quick and set up a meeting for 9:00 am in two days. But on the day, at 9:30 am, Mike wasn't there. I called the office to check if I got the date wrong or if Mike was just late. They said they'd contact him and have him call me back with an ETA. An hour later, still no Mike. So, I called the office again and got the same answer. I waited at home till 11:30 am, but had to leave for a dentist appointment. It's been a day since the appointment and I haven't heard a peep from Mike or anyone else at the company about why he didn't show up. I took three hours off work for FBR, and they can't even be bothered to call and explain why they didn't come? So unprofessional.
