Families, including aunts and uncles, donated money to our team on FlipGive, but they ain't giving it back to us. It's our money, our cash, and they should be giving it to us, but they ain't. They told me back on Cember first that they were gonna release it, and I was supposed to have it within two weeks. Well, it's now December 6, and we still don't have the money. These parents want their money back, and they want it back right now. Let me tell you, this is the worst company I've ever worked with.

FlipGive I bought 2 laptop computers from FlipGive Inc on July 6

I bought 2 laptop computers from FlipGive Inc on July 6. The total cost was $8,361.93, with a subtotal of $7,399.00 after discounts and before taxes. They had a promotion at that time, offering 3% back, which amounted to $221.97. I tried reaching out to FlipGive 5 times, 4 times via email and once over the phone. They only responded once to confirm the delivery date, which was August 26. I shared the information with them, but they haven't acknowledged or replied to any of my other attempts.

FlipGive Flipgive promised a 6% rebate for dining at my restaurant on South Street

Flipgive promised a 6% rebate to patrons dining at my restaurant on South Street. They proceeded without my consent. A customer was upset for not getting the full rebate and demanded a refund. We didn't join Flipgive to disappoint our guests; we can manage that alone without their help. Flipgive should have sought permission before offering rebates and implicating us in their incomplete offers.

FlipGive I went to *** on 12/19 and shopped "in store

I went to *** on 12/19 and shopped "in store". I did everything FlipGive told me to do and made two purchases in the same hour using my credit card that I registered with FlipGive. According to the FlipGive app, my charity was supposed to get 5% of the purchase price. But guess what? Our charity didn't get the 5%. I've been trying to contact Ryan at FlipGive, but all I get is a standard response or no response at all. And when I do get a response, I give him the details he asked for, but then I don't hear back from him. This has happened to me three times with in store purchases, and it's happened to my wife twice too. FlipGive says they give credit for buying gift cards through their app, but they don't keep their promise to give credit for in store purchases.

FlipGive I bought something from Flipgive, the fundraising service, and I've used it a lot before

I bought something from Flipgive, the fundraising service, and I've used it a lot before. I made the purchase on December 26, when they were offering 8% cashback for Boxing Day. I bought a computer that cost $1618.99 before tax, so I should have gotten $129.52 cashback. But so far, I've only gotten $60.50. I've written to Flipgive six times about this (on Jan. 14, 21, and March 10, 11, 18, and 25), but they haven't written back at all. I even left 2 voice messages for their customer service, but no response. Since they haven't responded, I can only think that they lied about their promotion and didn't keep their word. I've contacted the ComplaintsBoard.com to see if they can help fix this, and also to warn other customers about what happened.

FlipGive We had a fundraising account on FlipGive since 2020 and we raised $667.85

We had a fundraising account on FlipGive since 2020 and we raised $667.85. On October 4, I gave them my bank info and asked for the money. But we never got it, so I tried again on November 9, and then on November 11. They said my bank info was "approved" each time and that we would get the money in 5-7 days. But guess what? We still didn't get it. So on September 1, 2022, I tried for the third time. I also asked for help and Nick from FlipGive got back to me on September 5, 2022. He said there was a problem with my bank info and asked me to give it again. I did and got confirmation on September 6, 2022. Then on November 14, 2022, I asked for my payment AGAIN because we still didn't get anything. I also reached out to their support team on November 22, 2022. Finally, on November 25, 2022, Ryan from FlipGive said they "approved" my bank details. So I tried for the sixth time, but still no payment. ***.

FlipGive I sent a message through chat and told them that I asked for a check for our team back in August, but it wasn't sent until early October

I sent a message through chat and told them that I asked for a check for our team back in August, but it wasn't sent until early October. By that time, the team had already disbanded. FlipGive customer service replied through chat on November 23rd. They said that if I void the check, they can return the funds to the team's balance and then distribute them to each team member's personal account. This way, everyone who raised money will get the exact amount they raised and can do whatever they want with it. They asked me to write VOID on the check, rip it in half, and send a picture of it to confirm that it's voided. On December 1st, I sent a picture of the voided and ripped check to FlipGive via email and requested that the funds be distributed back into the individual accounts. Since the funds hadn't been added back into the accounts by January 6th, I sent a follow-up email. After receiving no response, I sent a second follow-up email on January 19th. On January 21st, I sent a message noting that the funds had been added back into the accounts, but they were under the closed team. I asked how the families could transfer the funds to their personal accounts since the team was closed. I also asked if players could transfer the $136.95 that was added back to their personal accounts and if the money in the account could be transferred to a different team. On February 24th, I sent another message through chat, but as of March 10th, I still haven't received a response. I can't find a way to reactivate the team account to distribute the funds to personal accounts. Although the funds are not much, my child has around $90 that we can't access. I need help so that these players don't lose their funds. In addition to the emails and chat messages, I also tried calling and left a message, but no one has responded.

FlipGive On November 13, I made a purchase on a retail website using FlipGive

On November 13, I made a purchase on a retail website using FlipGive. I carefully read the exclusions and expected to receive a 3% cashback on my items, totaling $13.50. I bought an SSD and a Keyboard. However, the cashback wasn't automatic, so I claimed it with FlipGive - claim number provided. FlipGive denied the claim, stating the SSD and Keyboard were excluded items. I contested, arguing these items weren't listed as exceptions. FlipGive then labeled both as "Computers & Tablets". They seemed to change their reason for the Keyboard, possibly realizing a mistake. The list states exclusions as "Computers (Laptops, Tablets, PCs)". SSDs and keyboards don't fall under these. A 'computer' purchase isn't an SSD or keyboard. FlipGive was wrong to deny my claim and should honor the cashback of $13.50 before the fundraiser ends.

FlipGive On two consecutive days in April , I purchased trips to a luxury resort promising 2% cashback.

On 4/22 and 4/23, I purchased trips to a luxury resort, which promised 2% cashback in two weeks post-trip. I used FlipGive Max on my browser, which prompted activation on the resort's website for my purchase. I bought these trips directly from the resort's site. I reached out to FlipGive before my November travel to inquire about the cashback. On 4/25, FlipGive assured me that confirmations were only needed if tracking failed, which was unlikely. They advised keeping confirmation copies. Two weeks post-trip, I hadn't received the cashback, so I contacted FlipGive. On 12/5, FlipGive requested my confirmation emails and account activity numbers, which I provided that afternoon. On 12/17, I followed up with FlipGive but got no response. This lack of response continued despite my repeated follow-ups on 1/14, 2/28, 3/6, 3/23, and 4/3, even when I included the Support email. On 4/15, I tried again, adding the INFO email, but still no response. By 5/1, I warned them of a potential ComplaintsBoard.com complaint due to their silence. Despite the allure of FlipGive for extra funds, the lack of service regarding my cashback claim for these costly trips left me disappointed.
