I have repeatedly requested this company to stop sending me emails to no avail. I'm to the point where I would encourage 1800flowers to stop using Wolferman's for their products. I have never had a company blatantly ignore requests for no emails as this company has done.

I ordered a sympathy basket at 11 bought the card for *** filled it out placed the order. Get a call around two they are out of stock try and replace it with a onion quiche. The best part while I was on hold I went on the website and you could still order the basket lol! The lady told me they will have the muffins back in October! I thought she was joking. Nice business what a joke!
The last straw was when they emailed me on the date of delivery, over 2 days past the order date, and they couldn't even give me the date that it would be delivered... Their on line transparency is terrible, their communication is terrible, both times I have ordered, I have had issues with delivery dates being changed AFTER orders have been placed. I am never ordering from Wolfermans online ever again.
I placed 11 orders with Wolferman's. Starting on 12/11/20202, I received an email saying Good News, your order was delivered on 12/10. When I notified them that the orders had not arrived, they sent another email saying Good News, your order was delivered 12/10. Since, I have received 4 more emails with the same message, without any deliveries. Customer service just sends out additional notifications that the orders have arrived, but otherwise a stonewall. I'm not likely to order from them again.
Sadly, I can't give no stars. I ordered four gifts on the same date. On three I was notified of progress and given tracking numbers. They were delivered on time. The fourth was to go out by USPS (others by FedEx) and apparently they were unable to get a tracking number. WHAT? I always get a tracking number on packages. So I think that's a whopper. I called a week ago to find out the status and was told (rather rudely) that I needed to wait. So I waited until today, 12/29. I called five different times, was hung up on twice, and finally (after 1 hour and 30 minutes) able to speak to a customer rep. She told me (in our 9 minute conversation) that I needed to wait until the actual date of delivery, and if nothing happened to call back. Again, WHAT? Why is there no information on this particular part of my order? In the meantime -- meaning while I was on the forever hold -- I wrote an e-mail directly to the company. I did receive a reply after my phone call with the rep. This person told me that the item was not available until the 8th of January. They could either send it then or they could send a different item (nothing I wanted). I wrote back that neither option appealed to me, and I asked for a refund. The saddest thing is I really liked this company, their products, and their great customer service. I have recommended them highly before to friends and family. No more. I am just sick that I've been treated this way. I am assuming that they don't need my business. I hope you'll help me to make a stand against these clowns and perhaps let them know that without customers they really have nothing.

I ordered several items as a Thanksgiving gift and paid ridiculous shipping to be delivered by Thanksgiving. The first order I received all items but my gluten free bagels. Called customer service and was told she would refund me for the item not received. 2nd order was sent to my mother in law. She received her jam but did not receive the gluten free bagels. Called customer service and they refunded me for the jam. Called back and she disconnected me. Went to email next. I was told my order was delivered however not acknowledging the missing gluten free muffins. I also explained I ne er received a refund for first order. I was basically told I would not re rice a refund for either product that I never received totaling over $70. I no longer want the items. I just want my refund. Very poor customer experience

I sent them a follow up email asking them to remove me from their distribution list. They told me they needed my name and address to remove me from their distribution list. I provided them with this information, even though I don't know why they needed it. They still did not remove me from their distribution list. I sent another note stating I would be contacting the ComplaintsBoard.com at the end of the week if they did not remove me from their distribution list. They sent me another email today. Received on 19 December a Christmas parcel sent from Ms *** order thru Wolfermans of several coffee cakes
Received on 19 December a Christmas parcel sent from Ms *** order thru Wolfermans of several coffee cakes. Upon opening, immediately found that 1) Ingredients listed Potassium Sorbate as a preservative 2) This preservative causes extremely painful and disabling migraines 3) This product was not as heathy as advertises 4) contains a know carcinogenic (Potassium Sorbate) which is a banned substance in Canada and Europe 5) Order was not complete (missing item 8125W Mix / Match Coffee Cake). Sent company an e-mail requesting a refund to Debbie per their promise / guarantee and all the company wanted to do was offer a substitution. Wolferman's also never responded to the missing item 8125W. This company also does not list ingredients on their web site, preventing customers from knowing in advance that their products contain this poisonous / banned substance.

I ordered 2 items from Wolfermans on line website on May 4. Both items had a note under the item description that estimated arrival by Mothers Day (May 10). Fedex tracking numbers (and labels) have been assigned. Fedex system now states that one of my items won't be delivered until Monday May 11- the day after Mothers Day. I called Wolfermans customer service and they said that is unfortunately the correct delivery date- after Mothers Day. The customer service rep checked the expected delivery date of the 2nd item I purchased and that won't be delivered until Tuesday May 12th- after Mothers Day. So, I looked at Wolfermans website under their Customer Service/Shipping and Processing section. In that section there is a table that states For Arrival by Mothers Day May 10, Holiday Order Cut off Date is May 4th. I placed my order on May 4th and delivery won't be until after Mothers Day. I believe this is false advertising and the entire matrix of Order By/Arrive By should be eliminated from their website.

I placed ORDER *** which was to be delivered by Christmas. It was not. I contacted Wolferman's who stated thte shipment would arrive on time. After Christmas, on 12/28, I emailed Wolferman's as my gift was never received. I was told in email that it was delivered, though their website showed that no tracking number was ever issued. Wolferman's then sent my friend all muffins as they were out of what I ordered without my authorization. On 12/31, I have an email apologizing and asking what I would like to resend to my friend and was assured that a letter of apology would be sent. On 1/10, I sent an email describing what I wanted resent and received and email back on 1/11 that they would send it and I could check my emails for a tracking number. Today, I followed up and was told they delivered my order on 12/31 - the original order with items I did not request. I sent an email back (I have all the emails) requesting to speak with a manager as this is going nowhere. I am frustrated with their lack of attention.

I ordered the Three Kringle package on December 12th for three relatives, all located in the same town. I ordered this package as it was shown to be in stock and would ship in two days, arriving December 18th. On the 20th I checked and found that the order had not shipped. So I contacted customer service. They said things where delayed, but guaranteed it would be there by the 24th. I had the same exact conversation on the 21st, 22nd, and on the 23rd they said it would be there or they would make amends. additionally on the 23rd they created a shipping label. On the 24th I messaged them that morning and they offered my a refund as the items had not, in fact, shipped. I told them to refund my money and forget it. A late gift was not desired. Imagine my surprise when they shipped something that night at 6pm, on Christmas eve. Needless to say it did not arrive on time. Now those packages have arrived and they contain Stale Muffins, A casserole, Grits, stale cinnamon rolls, and coffee. No where in sight are the items I actually ordered. Items so bad, and inappropriate, I am actually embarrassed they where even sent. Instead of desert style Danishes I have an actual random assortment of old and stale items that appeared to be on hand when they had to fill the box.
