One of the most rubbish thing I've seen in my life is the Digiflip tablet of Flipkart.
I strongly suggest you not to buy at any cost.
First, it has hanging problem. You don't know when it is going to hang. Say you are doing some important works on it, there is no guarantee that your work get completed. At any time it get hanged. Before starting any video it will hang for sure.
Second, it is very slow. I've purchased it by seeing its intel processor, but don't know why it runs very slow. Its processor is too slow.
Third, there are many apps which don't work on this tablet. Such as Fifa-games, Snap chat etc.
When you are using twitter app, you cannot upload the cover photo of your account. If you try to do so it shows twitter unexpectedly stops. In fact, it usually shows such thinks.
I strongly oppose you all customers to buy the Digiflip tablet by Flipkart and wanna suggest Flipkart, please don't fool people.

I had ordered for dell laptop for 41180 on 16th july order no is OD003391330598104100,
I got the product on 18th july. With in one day day, I found that laptop is defective. Hard disk is not detecting after after working for a hour.
I placed replacement order on 21st july. Return id is [protected]. I got a call from customer care on 22nd july, he said technical person will call on 23rd july,
On 23rd some one named VIJAY. And said again a technical person will call with in 24 hrs. After one day I didn't got any call. But my order is disqualified.
I called again to customer care and again placed return order. On 25th someone called and said our technician will call with in 24 hrs.
They were just extending the days, they were not giving solution.

After seeing what I have received, i asked for a returned and i scheduled a delivery date. But they said order is cancelled and asked me to place a fresh order. I did that on their request and in a hope to receive a right product. But i received the same dull top which i had received earlier.
2. OD30288982778800000, after 4 days from placing a order, seller realized that he is out of stock and SELLER cancelled my order. So again on request from flipkart i placed a new order. [OD302732291590687800] ( Product was IN STOCK all of sudden with seller within next 15 minutes)
I request a stringent action to be taken on flipkart for fooling customers. They put up something nice on the site and sent some terrible material on delivery.

cheating customers by cancelling the order
I ordered Moto E 1st gen phone through FLIPKART. There is an option in flipkart to schedule delivery.I know very well that am out of station So I scheduled my order delivery on 6th May that is tomorrow. Without any information my order got cancelled on 4th May itself which is 2 day ahead of my actual delivery date and reason given is delivery attempted. Among all these May 1 is holiday and May 3rd is Sunday. Leaving all those things apart, I dont understand why did they try to deliver when my actual scheduled delivery date is 6th May that is tomorrow. I called customer care and spoke to 2 supervisors but no proper response. Instead they are asking me to place a new order which is 2, 500 rupees costlier than the amount I have purchased. I have all the records and screen shots.

I wanted to buy Xiaomi Redmi 1s and Flipkart is the only one who is authorized to sale Xiaomi mobile in India.
Only registered user can buy this mobile on the day of Sale. I registered couple of days back through my user id and I logged in couple of hours before the sale
start, but I got an "out of stock" message with in 10 sec when I click on buy exactly at 5 PM.
On the day of sale, they were showing message "30000 piece over 200000 registration" on their website. I still couldn't understand how come 30 thousand mobile can be sold out with 10-12 sec ?
Even if you consider 1 mobile per millisecond then it can be sold 10-12 thousand piece within 10-12 sec.
Either flipkart was showing wrong numbers on their website or something is wrong at their website. In any case flipkart is fooling to customer and wasting their time.

On 1st october i recieve a call from flipkart stating that they cannot provide be with the bundled freebies like the backpack, cooling pad and additional warranty.
And the customer service is so arrogant about this, when i called them up regarding this one of them replied- "Laptop k sth ka koi bhi product nai de payenge, lena hai to lo nahi to cancel karaado." when i said that thats not fair i confirmed the order with bundled freebies i am liable to get them he replied "Company nahi de skti, case krna hai kardo kuch hath ni lagna" and on insisting of talking to some senior authority my phone was hung up.
What kindof service is this after the order is confirmed you call up a person and say that you'll get half of what you pay for do you still want your product. The laptop was easily available at other leading sites for 32, 000 but i ordered here for the extended warranty else i could only get that from NEHRU PLACE.
But this is the service the they provide, ., ., .CANCEL THE ORDER AFTER CONFIRMING. This is really shameful act. I feel like I have been cheated by Flipkart. I mean, if the product was unavailable, they should have not confirmed my order at the first stage. I would be happy with that. But after confirming the product, how can they get back. It's like they are breaking promise and trust, which takes a long time to build. I hope this post is helpful and please share any information, if you think it's going to help me because I will probably file a case against Flipkart in a few days.

I admit flipkart.com has a very good delivery network and they send their products on time. But when it comes to refunding money on wrong items, they do not follow any timelines or have any policy in place.
I purchased an item from their website about which they had wrong information on the website. I notified about the same to flipkart on the very same day that this is not the thing that I expected. Since then its been a horrifying experience.
First you have to call them again and again to get the wrong item picked, after they do so, they are not ready to provide you with a receipt of the reverse pickup. After a long argument with their customer support executive they finally picked the item back and provide me with a receipt for the same. Since then it’s been more than two weeks that they have not sent any refund cheque. I feel they are never going to send one.

felt very bad & then I called them & they apologized for it & offered gift coupon of 200 but I refused so they agreed to arrange for a reverse pickup and send me a white phone which I wanted but my poor luck they send me same piece feeling very awkward I called them again & told the details their customer support rep. told me he will check it & call back to me but no one called me so it looks I am facing punishment of dealing with such ignorant careless site I wasted my 3675/- & also paid call charges to call them several times so I strongly strongly recommend to all people who are planning to shop products from them to stay away from such sites which may harm you financially as well as mentally pls. all of you beware of flipkart
Flipkart started off well and there was an alternative to buying books online apart from www.indiaplaza.in. But if late, all their shipments get delayed and packaging is also quite poor. Books get damaged in transit. I have gone back to Indiaplaza.in and am happy with their service especially on books.
