FloryDay everything

Placed an order 4 weeks ago - no sign of its arrival - no response from enquiry emails sent, no response from delivery problem emails sent, online chat with someone who just referred me to my spam emails (obviously nothing there) she was lacking in basic English skills and left me feeling fobbed off and even more angry. Is this company legit ? have I lost my money ...can anyone out there hear me or be bothered to respond !?

FloryDay website states returns are easy... not so much!

I ordered three dresses and the quality is pitiful, as well as the fit. Furthermore, there are no labels for product care, nor country of origin. I would like to be refunded on two of the dresses and after reading here, I believe my only alternative is to contest the purchases through my credit card company. I will not send the merchandise back first and hope they handle it as it is clear according to accounts here that they don't. I went against my own code in not looking further online to check this company out first.

FloryDay purchased two dresses in march 2017

I ordered two dresses from Floryday in March 2017. Received order number [protected]. Money taken from Amex account. Dresses not received. I have made numerous attempts to contact Floryday. Only email response on 12 April stating dressmakers were busy and they would advise when dresses were dispatched. Have not heard anything since. No further response to emails requesting information on order. Phone number listed on web page is unavailable.

FloryDay no refund after returning a dress and following all floryday instructions - scam

Floryday did not deal with my customer complaint to my satisfaction after I had returned their dress which did not fit me at all and had followed all steps Floryday told me to do. I printed their PostNL label which I had bought from Floryday and went with the parcel to a Czech post office on March 16, of which I have informed them as they could see in the history of complaint on their website. Czech post office, their contractor, told me that they do not issue any tracking number to your label, I could not even take a picture of their internal document when they accepted the parcel. Czech post informed me that in case I want a tracking number I would have to pay a full fee of posting it as a registered parcel. Otherwise it will be posted as only an ordinary parcel which can get lost. Normally they do not give any confirmation about posting the parcel unless it is registered for higher fee. I informed Floryday that it would be safer if they had provided me with a label which includes a registration. I had already paid Floryday for the label they gave me. Floryday answered on March 15 that they will not issue any other label and that's why I trusted Floryday and the postal service with the parcel. So I have no tracking number as they assured me everything will go OK. Floryday did not tell me a person responsible for customer complaints who I should send a letter of complaint to.
I've been corresponging about the dress since March 6 to solve the refund and I completely trusted Floryday in every respect. I even ordered another, even more expensive parcel from Floryday. They still have not been able to solve the complaint so I can not spread any good news about Floryday company. I followed every step they told me to solve the issue and obviously it did not help. I am a very dissatisfied customer and not not enourage anyone to use Floryday website for shopping.

FloryDay size of 3 dresses not at all right

For the first time, I have ordered from my computer, and have been terrible
Disappointed. I have since found out the company is in China, and it would be impossible to get my money back. The writing was Italian, therefor, I
Presumed they were from Italy... the complaint is that,
I have received my order of three dresses, and the sizes are too small.
I would say, they would fit, a size 12 Aust.
I would like to return them, tell me the address to return and what to do.

FloryDay credit card charged but no order or merchandise

I placed an order on line in April. Received the merchandise within the expected time period but was not satisfied with the dresses so I initiated returns - via chat with a rep on line and via reviews of the dresses on the website. I received a response on one dress but the other said thanks for the praise. So I responded and asked to return. No response. It's been 5 days.
I also placed another order. They charged by credit card but did not send me a confirmation email. That was 5 days ago. Still no acknowledgement of the order despite several inquiries. I should have listened to the reviews on line. Lessons learned. Expensive lesson though. Pursuing disputing the charges through my credit card company.

FloryDay liars

Company Floryday.com refused to send money back when received dresses, but confirmed it before.
Reason: their mistake and sorry, full amount will not be send.
But i already send dresses back and will receive some small money and also spend money on sending them! Company should not be allowed to work on market.

I received dresses with wrong sizes and ask money back - company agreed to back whole amount and asked me send items back .
- i send items spend extra money
- after that they said it their mistake thay will not send whole amount, only some because i partly used coupon! But my coupon is not gift, as it is amount of my cash I spend on them and got before damaged dresses (btw coupon also 75%) - means I spend so much money on ###.
Company is lying and lying and saying it is their mistakes but no help!
by fact i received only wrong sized or damaged dresses.

FloryDay dress order

I ordered a colourful mini dress which features in all their advertising currently. Very attractive kaftan style, with fringing.
Two weeks later, I received a maxi dress, in a cheap and nasty material and no fringing, completely different look to the picture or description.
It swamps me, it's down to the ground and in the heat would be hot and sticky to wear because of the polyester type material.
There is no hope of a refund as the company is based in china and I will never order from them again or any other chinese company.
Lesson learnt.

FloryDay no refund back as promised

My order number is [protected]. The faulty dress that I am to receive a refund for number is [protected]. My ticket number regarding my complaint is [protected]. I posted my complaint as being resolved on April 26, 2017. You had said you would give me a refund if I posted the problem as being resolved, I have done that. I have still not seen a refund. How long does it take to refund my credit card? Waiting for your reply.

FloryDay the dress doesn't fit and I want to return it. there is no means to do that.

The paper that came with the dress says to contact them at [protected]@Floryday.com but that gets me nowhere. There is no contact address or phone number. No directions on how to get my money back. What a ripoff! The item was shipped from China so that should have given me a clue! There are supposed to be contact offices worldwide but there is no access to them for consumers.
I will tell everyone to totally avoid this company when online shopping comes up in any conversation.

FloryDay floryday

Unethical behaviour, not given refund after order cancellation

I cancelled two sizeable Florday orders within hours of making them this week. After completing the orders online I discovered they had this odd "ticket" method of communicating that troubled me. Uncomfortable with the way customer service is set up I cancelled both my orders electronically. This company makes it very difficult to contact any real customer service which is regrettably not apparent until you make a purchase.

On my first cancelled order I'm advised tonight in writing that the return is complete, could they now go ahead with the order...? No mention of my cancellation instruction or refund. I'm baffled how can a return be complete when I've never received anything. It is apparent that this system of communication is set up to dodge customers not serve them. The wait between communication from them is a frustrating and unacceptable full day.

On the second order once again written communication 3:00am my PST they suggest to me perhaps I would like to proceed and keep one dress I liked in the order and they would refund the rest. Unbelievable!

I will now have to wait yet another 24 hours for a reply to my repeated electronic return message of order cancelled issue refund. This has gone on for days now. I want my money back, they are frauding me.

I have not received any goods from this company and they have charged over $1, 000.00 on my credit card and refuse to acknowledge fully my cancellation instruction and refund my credit card. Instead, plaing word games with this "ticket" method of communication!

Tonight I have emailed the address found on this site "complaint board" to their "caring customer support team" for the prompt resolution of this unethical behaviour. I will post their response... sorry to all of you that have been mistreated by FloraDay and to all the ethical businesses that pay a price for companies like this.

FloryDay my order

First the pre-order screen is very confusing - I had to chat to figure out why it was not merging with my other orders... It took me directly to a check out screen, just for that item, charged me shipping (Even though my other order was so large as to qualify for free shipping), the pre-order check out showed the 5% discount applied (Which was also in my shopping cart) - since I discovered I had to order it separately from the rest, I went ahead and placed my separate $200 order then returned to the pre-order screen and it had deleted the 5% bonus.  you should not offer something on the screen, then take it away.  I spoke to a chat agent who told me it would be remedied/credited and to go ahead and order it - then came back after I ordered it and told me it could not be credited because it was a pre-order.  you tell me you are going to resolve it by crediting the 5% and then telling me after I have ordered, that you can't give me the credit. It was a case of too bad, this is how we set it up and we are not going to honor anything - horrible customer service, horrible ordering experience, I will never order from floryday again. Wasted so much of my time and it has been an agravating experience, you need to work out the kinks in your on line system, and give better customer service, I don't want to hear how you can't honor something you offered five minutes ago.  in the u. S. This bait and switch tactic is considered fraud and is illegal.

I found some absolutely amazing, beautiful items that I would have liked to order!
The delivery charge cost almost as much as the item on sale and the delivery time
is ridiculous in this day and age. After I read the terrible reviews I was completely
discouraged. I´m very familiar with online purchases that are not always what you expected
or poor customer service but I have never read anything like these reviews!
It´s really too bad because they have some truly exquisite items.

FloryDay making of the dress

It appears that the liner of the Floral Sleeveless Maxi Dress [protected] has been sewn under the dress inside out. When trying on the dress you can see the seams of the darts and the seam down both sides of the dress underneath the sheer cover. When turning the dress inside out, the liner is as it should be. I am returning the dress for this reason.

FloryDay no address available to return & obtain refund

On receipt of my order for three items, I would like to return one, but I don't have the address to return it to in the UK. I have tried several times to communicate via your website, however I just keep getting a ticket number and an automated message saying I have 2 choices, return item to our UK office or receive a reduced payment back and keep the item. I am still waiting the UK address please ?

Unfortunately you sent this resolution (see below) the day after I finally received a return form from you and had posted the item back via said return form system. I am still awaiting a refund??? In the instructions you asked me to forward a photograph of the return form that I had enclosed in the package, and a photo of the receipt with the tracking number from the Post Office receipt. On trying to attach these photographs, a message kept coming up to say the image had to be JPG or GIF (or whatever) I double checked that it was a PDF file (whatever it was you asked for) and it was, when pressing submit, the form failed to send. I am now without the Dress and without the refund. I am anxious that if I go into "my complaint" and press resolve, as per your instruction below, I will still not receive the refund, the complaint will say resolved and I will no longer have the dress. I am attempting to attach the photographs to this email. FloryDay return not enough information

I have called 3 times and left messages and emailed. I did receive one call back and given an order number but no other information to address, or steps needed. The only address I have is what they have on the web site -No. 207-3, Third Floor, 207 Regent Street, London, UK and in parentheses (Please note that is not a return address) and phone number is [protected] that no one answers you have to leave a message. Poor communication and window time is closing fast. I was given a an order number #[protected] but no address to return to and the steps needed. Would love to be able to return the 3 dresses I purchased . They don't fit poorly and the quality was poor. Noting like the pictures. I would have never paid 40.00 dollars items for such poor quality. I could have gone to Target for a better price and quality.

As soon as I contacted the compliant board as relsoved . They are also suggesting to keep the dresses so there will be no other charges to myself. They apologize for the miscommunication. FloryDay difficulty returning items and receiving damaged items

I mistakenly ordered from this company from a Facebook ad. One item was sent damaged and the other did not fit. The quality is extremely poor and it is very difficult to return. The company offers a discount to keep the item and sell it on your own (who does that?) and also doesn't pay for return shipping on a damaged item. Don't make the same mistake I did. Stay away!

FloryDay clothing

Please do not purchase anything from these people. They are fraudsters. I placed an order an paid with my credit card and before I made the payment a chat agent was online to answer any questions. I queried ow long it would take to receive my order and I was told it would take 3 - 6 working days. I went ahead and p[aid for the order and after two weeks I checked the progress of my order and the status it was "being processed, not shipped" I then sent an email and was informed they were "out of stock"
I then googled this company to see if there was any negativity and discovered that this company is a fraud.
A week later I received an email with a tracking number and I felt a bit hopeful. Another week later I received a call from the so called tracking company asking for my identification and email as they wanted to send me an invoice to pay for the taxes and duties. I could not understand as my order included shipping costs and nobody mentioned anything about additional costs. I immediately realised I had been scammed and I refused to provide my personal information to the courier company. I asked them where was the order and they informed me that the order had not een shipped out as yet as I would 1st need to pay the courier company. I decided to cut my losses as any efforts to recover my money or receive the order would be fruitless.
I dont understand why these people have not been arrested yet as they are making a fortune under false pretenses.
Be warned and do not make any purchases from this site. You will only lose and you will never receive your order

Unable to reach customer service. Unable to receive any refund! No phone number to call anyone who will answer. Unable to start a chat session with anyone. Unable to receive a response to emails sent.

This company is representing products that are not what they send! The quality is beyond terrible, wrong colors, uneven sewing, wrong patterns, POOR quality. I want a refund on all the products I purchased, but am unable to reach anyone!

I rate this company -10 (NEGATIVE 10 review)! I will NEVER purchase anything from them again! They should be shut down!

FloryDay ilk poncho; grey with bright floral design. there is a tank sewn into it.

I want to return this item! Please send me the process to return it! This Poncho is beautiful, but, it is way too long and the tank is too small! Not a good look! This is my first purchase with Floryday, and I hope to have a good experience by having Floryday refund me for this purchase. I am starting to get tired of this cumbersome process! Insisting on 350 characters is ridiculous!
