FlyDubai review: Damaged suitcase and missing items

I travelled via flydubai on 26th Jan\24 from Ahmedabad to Belgrade via Dubai. Both flights are same flydubai. I paid for excess luggage too and asked them to fix "fragile" tag on my suitcases as i was carrying some important gifts and food items for my europe trip. At the Belgrade airport, i receive my suitcase damaged. 1 wheel was missing and security system was broken . I reported the same to the Airport authority and they submitted report to me after investigation to claim from flydubai. I sent all required documents to flydubai and did several follow up. My journey is suppose to end on 18th Feb now and flydubai has not paid me anything for missing items and damaged suitcase. Due to this damaged suitcase it is very difficult for me to travel in Serbia. I need to took private transport everywhere in the country which cost me a lot in euro as I can't carry broken suitcase in public transport. I request to support for compensation of 150000INR against this mental and physical harassment by flydubai and take strict action against this carrier.
