FlyDubai review: Excess baggage amount (claim)

Hello Fly Dubai

I was travelling from Accra (Ghana) to Mux (Pakistan) on 22-09-23 via Ethiopia airline time 22:00 from Accra, During Checking IN for my luggage there was a mistake from the person that they make a tag 23 kg instead of 15 kg. I have 5 bags,4 bags having weight from 13kg to 15kg and 5th bag was for infant around 8,9 kg.

After landing in Dubai I need to get boarding passes to travel mux Pakistan. they check system and said I have extra weight of 8 kg and I have to pay for that. I explain to them that it could be a mistake but they said I have to pay in Dubai and if actual bag is 15kgs then I can make a complain in MUX airport fly Dubai staff and claim it.

I did the same and pay 240 aed (73$) to them, receipt is attached)

when I landed MUX Pakistan I get my bag and complain the same to fly Dubai attendant officer, he checked and find the same weight 15kg but the tag was 23kg so he make picture for evidence and said when I complaint online and fly Dubai team approach him he will give them and then I can claim my money.

Please I want you to claim my amount of 240 Aed (73$) ASAP
