I would like to bring this notice to all the readers and to warn them that before booking a ticket to a flight in flyDubai, Be prepared to the consequent trouble and harassment made by the FlyDubai for their own several reasons given. We made a booking to a flight from Alexandria to Dubai for 10th Aug 10.35pm, now we are been informed by them that the flight is cancelled and now they are not ready to refund our money nor they are ready to give us ticket in the same day afternoon flight, they are giving us vouchers which is of no use as Fly Dubai is only flying hardly to any destination for which we can make a choice. If we reschedule our tickets airline will charge us additional Dhs 100 for changing our tickets, but now when they are cancelling for their fault they are not even ready to pay our money back. We are going for a short leave and leaving the country in 2 days and returning back to the work as per the schedule is very important especially in the recession scenario and moreover staying a day or two extra means extra expenses in a new country which is out of our budget. We are three passengers traveling including my 1 year old baby, the joy of journey have turn into night mare. Our only mistake is that we booked ticket for Fly Dubai, which we now promise never to repeat back in our life and never again to fly by Fly Dubai.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Don't Use Fly Dubai they are theft they stealing your money nice ways! i was a good customer but they charge me my ticket two time and not pay me back again and the that is the worst customer service i ever face
Luggage damage and subsequent (and quote from last flydubai official email) after 2 months of back and fort, passport copy/ticket copy/ luggage purchase receipt / damage claim report copy scans. more replies. this is what I got from them last week and I have not altered the contents (note the received photo from your end does not show the brand name TUMI. Kindly advise the weight of the baggage alone without the contents for the evaluation of our settlement.) really ? it shows the damage section along with flydubai travel tags. after 23 email replies- was so frustrated so I told them f..u and your company-take my potential refund and invest it to terrorist causes, hell with them
I had similar worst experience to fly with fly Dubai. They make you pay extra always and are very rude when you try to ask for clarification.

I bought ticket of Flydubai from Arab travelers DGKhan from multan Pakistan to Bishkek via Dubai .The ticket baggage weight is 30+7 kg but at airport system shows 20+7kg and charges extra 97$ illegaly.

My flight landed in Dubai from Bucharest FZ1798 at 21:30 PM.
Its 22:45 PM now and not a single bag has come to the belt yet.
This is unacceptable and FlyDubai needs to have accounted for logistical issues when you take the passengers to Terminal 3.
Horrible service.
Almost all other tvs are working but in 21 row(seats F, E, D) no tv is working. We paid price same as all of other passengers and I think that this is not appropriate behaviour. Some benefits for us should be made(refund of money or something like that). I thought that I bought ticket from proffesional company.
My connection flight it was delayed 10 munites so I was later to drop my bag . I have already check in online they had close the Check in not in correct time so they have refused boarding in the flight . When I call the service center they told me they can not do anything . Very unfriendly please avoid .
Flydubai customer service sucks!
They sent me a misleading voucher worth 34000inr when the actual amount was only 792inr.
After having bought my husband's ticket, when I tried to book my ticket using the voucher, it showed that the amount is 792/-
Firstly, why would they send an email stating the wrong amount? Is it one of their manipulative marketing to get customers to board this hopeless airlines?
Secondly, when asked regarding this to their customer care they weren't ready to apologize or give a compensation for a misleading voucher!
Highly disappointing!

I just traveled on 23th July from Jeddah to Dubai from fly dubai with flight number FZ832 -- PNR VKSMCD
In my ticket as per PNR VKSMCD standard meal is included but when requested to cabin crew, she declined rudely
Thus this is to log complain for meal not served during the flight.
